Hi, I know I'm three years too late. But as explained in the tutorial, you can just open the graph editor and tinker with the easing there. Honestly, Motion is an incredible tool, but it's just a shortcut for things that you can do natively within AE (for the most part). I think everyone should know how to do it natively, and then use Motion and other similar plugins to speed up your workflow. Not as a substitute for fundamentals.
