Regarding the notebooks, the small forest green one that’s an actual notebook seems like a good pocket carry. You could use it as a catch-all or common notebook, putting cute things your kids say in it, quotes, notes about your day (not work), etc in there. For the other ones that are more notepads, I’d just use them for things like stupid notes you won’t need to keep long-term, like a confirmation number of something or a contractor’s number that you won’t need later (or can’t put in your phone while someone is telling you the number verbally). Or for paper to cover mistakes in your Archer & Olive. Or give it to your kid(s) as a stocking stuffer!
One of the small ones can be useful in the car. I sometimes need to do a quick notes before I forget when I go places since I don’t carry the big journal everywhere? You will say that you can take notes on your phone but for quickness it’s less a hassle to write then to type on a small screen
This was a straight up hilarious unboxing. "[AWKWARD SILENCE] What am I going to do with velvet trim?" He's thinking it has to get better, but each box is just a disappointment. A cute girlie zipper bag? Lol. His face is priceless. Would it be better or worse to open these each day and count down to Christmas? Maybe worse.
Because you love the small tree notebook so much, you should write some things that make you happy - a little sketch, favorite quotes, sweet & funny things your family says, and some of your favorite stickers. The velvet ribbon is cool since it's sticky! If you frame a picture you could use it as a border. You can also just use it for gift wrapping.
That is a *fantastic* idea! Makes it super convenient to carry and not stuck in one journal, if you want to do single page swatches, no biggie, and the cramped writing space won’t matter!
One in the car, when you need to note down something like accident details, or something you see while driving you want to remember for later , or if you have a landline (some of us still do! )keep it by the phone for quick phone messages.
You could use the tiny notebooks for grocery lists to take with you to the store or to just carry around in your pocket for just in case. Never know when you're going to have to write down a thought, phone number, license plate number, ect...
Your reaction is exactly how I felt after they sent me a spoiler of what types of items would be in it. Not worth the price at all. I think they really dropped the ball on this one. That being said I can’t wait for the sub box, fingers crossed for cool goodies.
The A7 notebook is such a good size for a daily in pocket notpad. I have used one for years to capture everything from quotes to lists. This has been a critical part of my daily reflections, bullet journal, and my daily writing journal. So handy. I recently moved my notebook into a Plotter mini 5 as a daily wallet as well. Perfect.
The little zipper bag could be used for phone charger when travelling, for stationery item storage clips, bookmarks, etc. You could put it in your travel bag, too.
I use small notepads like this as grocery shopping lists each week, they're really handy for that! Also with the notebook you could set up an address book
I was underwhelmed when I opened everything, but I had an awesome discount code so it wasn't too bad. I got a ledtover of last years bix during the warehouse clear out sale and it was pretty good, that made me wish this years had had a larger notebook. That design with the trees is fantastic and I would love to have it on a square or B5. The little notebooks I think I'll be able to use for plotting notes and things like that when I'm on the go. I can't take my regular notebooks that I work on my novels in to work so these will be a great option - I was thinking about getting some smaller ones and this accomplished that for me.
Thanks for checking it out. The general consensus is how you felt. Maybe a full size with the little ones would have been nice. Give me 13 days with a surprise one at the bottom ;-)
Tiny note pads are handy to keep in your car or in your pocket to jot down those thoughts or good ideas that occur to you when you're out and about just living your life, but but you know you will have forgotten them by the time you get home if you don't write them down somewhere instantly. Also handy for making rough notes that you can then transcribe into your bullet journal later
Great unboxing video. Yep, what does one do with some of those items? *ponders* What I do with little tiny notebooks is regift them. They're really good for those gifting occasions when you're only supposed to give some small item.
I use a little notebook to draw up layouts that I want to use in my main journal. It's a great spot to keep them all together without using a full sized journal.
Thank ypu for doing this. I was feelimg FOMO for not getting one. I just couldn't justify $75 for only 12 days. I no longer have FOMO. I would have only enjoyed the stamp...but i just bought something similar so not really. Love your videos and your honest feedback! Thank you!
Ha! Yep figured you couldn't wait. This was three weeks ago, have you figured out what to do with those little notebooks? Give them to your daughters, they will probably love them.
*sigh* I decided to sit here and torture myself watching this. Mid-February and I'm still upset that A&O did not have enough of these to go around, and they also did not do a second-chance pre-order. As much as I have liked and invested in products from them, based on my experiences with A&O new releases this past year, I often regret ever getting started with them. I do appreciate your takes. Thanks, Mark.
Instead of carrying wooden stamps and ink pad, pre-stamp a few on the mini notebook. Rip out a few pages of them to keep in your planner. You can stick them to your planner like a to- list, shop list, ideas on new projects, scribbles etc. small pouch is good to carry small stationary, washi tape and pre-stamped mini sheets if you have no room in your planner. I carry extra ink cartridges for my fountain pens.
If you drink wine, whiskey, or beer, you could use a single notebook to keep tasting notes. You could swatch ink or washi in one. You could use one for phone call notes/messages or to keep track of gifts received on Christmas day or birthdays (to write thank you notes or give thank you calls). You could keep one in the car for notes on the go. You could use the pages for grocery shopping lists.
Yes the tiny notebooks would be great for swatching or as a woman with a bag/briefcase I love them for just little notes on the fly that you don’t want/ need a full sized notebook.
If that green notebook design was a regular offering I would buy it in every size and buy every accessory lol I did get the box using the sub box discount code, and opened it daily the last 12 days of November
I would have loved to get those month stickers and the stamp! But otherwise, I don't feel like I missed out at all! Thank you for your thoughts, as always!
Little notebooks like that we leave on the kitchen counter and anyone who eats a grocery item or has a grocery item for the week, adds it there. Then just take the page to the store.
Tiny notepads in your pocket (or purse) to make notes when you are out. The second one sounds like pages you tear out to tape in your journal since it has different designs. Velvet adhesion tape would be for monthly decor with a collage type design
Honestly this box was way overpriced for the items received! This was a first purchase for me and after seeing the amazing subscription boxes I was so excited to get this for myself. Sure one or two items were nice but if you compare it to other boxes at the same price point it’s outrageous. I’m not sure I will be buying anything else from them! I loved hearing your reaction because I was so disappointed and I appreciate your honesty!
I use the little notebooks basically for scratch pads similarly to the way I might jot something down on a post-it because I most often have those handy. The little notebook keeps me from jotting things down on loose papers and losing them (which also happens with the post-its). But I don't buy mini notebooks - that's just what I do with them when I end up with one (like in a sub box).
I like to have a tiny notepad in my EDC pen bag. That way when I'm out and about and want to leave someone a note, I have paper easily available. Use cases: when i backed into a parked car I left a note with my information; when leaving snacks for my office-mate; giving a student assignment parameters; when I give book recommendations, etc.
One thing the tiny notebooks could be used for covering up mistakes in your bullet journal. I love the one with the grid paper and lined paper. It’d be great for a vision board page or a task page.
I like the tiny notepad pages for taping into my bujo, to cover stuff (mistakes) or for a different option for boxes on the page. The tiny notebook, I'd be less likely to use--I might use one as a gym notebook/training log, because I don't need a big notebook for that. I decided not to get this because I have too much stationery/washi/etc. sitting around, and knowing that I won't like everything from every day, I don't need more random stuff sitting around my house not being used. (I did, however, buy a tea advent calendar...)
I use those little notebooks for writing shopping lists, measurements of things I'm looking to buy, or to dos for when I'm out and about and just want something I can carry in my pocket.
Love your honesty! I’d have been disappointed with this box, too. Glad I never even thought about getting it. The stationery subscription box with the reading theme? 10/10 would buy again. This? Nope. I don’t know what I’d do with such a tiny notebook with A&O’s thick paper either. I mean, I actually have an A7 softcover Tomoe River Paper notebook from Create With Pen with lots of tiny pages for dailies, but I feel like these are two entirely different products. As for the tear-off notepad: I’d use it for lists I don’t want or don’t need to keep in my notebook permanently. Would glue them in with removable glue stick and dispose of them once their contents have lost their meaning. Like, grocery shopping lists. Saw JashiiCorrin, I believe, suggest using the tear-off notepad in the reading-themed subscription box for book recs-log them quickly, cross off what you actually got, dispose of it and put in a new one once you’re done with it.
The A7 notebooks can be used for diary if you want to write just a few sentenses (spelling?), a gratitude log, meal planning, pen test, one doodle a day, random scribbles...
I have a small note book I keep in my car to record car maintenance stuff. Like when was the last time I changed my oil and what was the mileage or last time I changed my windshield wipers. So basically it’s all there if I want to reference when was the last time for my car. It’s not something I include with my daily bujo since it’s like a life long record for my car and can go back years.
For the small notebooks, give to your kids or use in the BuJo as a theme. Same as the washi stickers. Need a to do list a bit bigger? Glue one of the mini pages into the bujo.
I always use the pages of tiny note pads as memo notes on my sketch books or journals, it adds a nice extra layer adding them to the page. Or lists for tasks, shopping etc. Or a pocket gratitude journal. Smaller pages are less intimidating and you can carry the notebook with you.
You could use the tiny notebooks for grocery lists, to-do lists or I would use that as a book I carried around with me during the day for chicken scratching down events for the evenings journal entry writing to recall what happened.
So much I could say but your reactions really said it all lol. Value aside, I agree that there are some gems in this box, like the forest cover design, the calendar stamp, and the writable sticker roll. Maybe the summer launch will have a great outdoors theme.
I agree that the tiny green notebook with the gilded trees on it would be great at full size! I'd buy it in a B5 for sure. I like the red checkered print of the other mini notebook, but that size is limiting and disappointing. I do use mini notebooks and have one handy always because sometimes a thought comes so fast and fleeting, I don't have time to find the right spot in my regular planner or even open a digital notebook, so I jot it to add elsewhere later. I also use them when I am working out what I want to put on a page...a quick list of bullets etc. so I can order them correctly as I add them to my planner. If I want to leave a note or a Honey-Do list on the fridge for my husband, I use them for that, too. When I get a new ink and want to swatch NOW instead of setting up to swatch properly: mini notebook. In other words, they are for things I don't want to forget right now but aren't necessarily needing to go in my planner and are disposable. The washi print and the plaids are A+ but overall, I'm glad I didn't order the advent calendar. It would have been tempting if it was a full-size sub box or something. Thanks for offering your honest feedback. It is SO appreciated ✒
I love this video!!! You are so honest and truthful. There's no way this is worth that kind of money at all. I even tried changing my mind on A&O by shopping the discounted products. However, when I got to the shipping portion I couldn't swallow the overall price I would pay for "discounted" items.
Sometimes the shipping is a hard pill to swallow, but we can't blame A&O for that. Anytime i really want something I just order enough to get free shipping, but I know that doesnt actually save me money, haha. And if you are overseas, it makes it even harder.
Yes like a tip in! I've also seen people paste it in for a little texture contrast, especially if you paste in a sheet of the grid for a habit tracker or calendar for example
OMG... Thank you.. I 💜 the tiny notebooks. I have one in every purse and on my night stand. You never know when you need to jot something down. Subbie from Jashiicorrin TFS. Be Blessed
I get you’re not in to minis, but I am in love with them! Best box ever. I don’t take my A5 everywhere so I will take a mini and add those notes to my big journal later. And the velvet strips will be great for spreads and collages. Maybe a little girly for you, but perfect for me! 😊
I totally agree! Thank you for always being honest! I would use the notepads like you would "sticky notes". Except the green one with the trees, which does need to be on the full size notebooks!!! That one I would use as a travel journal or a memory keeper.
Keep the minis in your pocket, bag and car. Great for jotting phone numbers, etc., or when you need to give someone your number, address, etc. Use the pouch for mini pens and bits to keep in your car. Saves the day when you forget your things at home. Also great for tiny journaling, gratitude journaling, daily task list, wish list, switch book, sketch or doodle a day.... 😅
I use little notebooks like that for notes in the go. I’ll have one in my car or bag and just have it handy. I also use them as swatches, so I have one of my washi tapes and one of all my pens/markers!
Dont use tiny notebooks much but…..keep one in my car for quick notes when i need them…then sometimes i journal on them and insert them into my journal. Thanks for the video!
I had a bit of fomo but after seeing everything I’m only sad about a few things. I think the metal tabs and the memo pad would have been great for my reading journal. The adhesive tape is nice looking and maybe junk journaling would be excellent
I use tiny notebooks when I leave the house to take notes or write down a phone number for someone. They're small, so they fit in your pocket or bag without the bulk of a regular-sized notebook. Sometimes, Having somewhere to take notes that isn't your phone is nice.
I love the tiny notebooks....use them for....ink swatch, grocery list, quick to do list, velvet tape - junk journaling, gifting, give to your postal person with a chocolate bar for the holidays, give to your bank teller with a dozen homemade cookies for the holidays
Personally I would LOVE one of the little notebooks to stick in my pocket when I can't carry my journal. And the stamp!!!! I definitely want that calendar stamp!
I’m a writer and i use little notebooks for small ideas and for calligraphy or when i have a sudden burst of artsy kind of inspiration but i don’t want to paint a huge picture and take a lot of time
The little memopad you could use in your regular notebook. The ringbound notebook / notepad you could be collages on. The little notebook is perfect for on the go notes, quotes and more. I'm glad I didn't go for the calendar, but I would have liked the notebooks. I'm a little disappointed the theme was not more included inside. Not worth the money to me.
The best think I ever did with a tiny notebook was put a quote or picture (that I cut out, drew, or printed off my phone) on each page and made it into a sort of birthday card/i appreciate you card for a friend. Otherwise, they're good for quick notes when you're out without a whole calendar or notebook, because they fit in a pocket or small bag, but then you have to remember to look at them . . .sometimes I pull the note out and stick it into a larger calendar or notebook too. But really, those tiny pads mostly just sit around in my notebook pile until I give them to someone else.
Not sure yet what to do with the little notebooks, but I love them lol. I think this box is way better than last year’s. It was just stencils and washi and I put most in my daughter’s stocking so felt like I didn’t really get anything lol. Not sure how to use everything, and really wish the stamp was clear 🤦🏻♀️, but feel this advent calendar is way more worth it than last year’s.
Throw one in your car glove box to track any maintenance done, emergency numbers, stuff like that in case you're stranded. The tiny coil notebook I can see making a cute scrapbook with instax prints.
I use the baby prices of paper for little add on notes to calendars or planners with washi tape. Say I’m planning to go to the store at the end of the week I have a slice for a running grocery list then take it with me.
Thanks for the unboxing. The sticker roll caught my eye too. I use small notebooks for shopping lists. As a reader, the bookmarks are at the top of the list. BTW I ordered my first A&O journal. The cheetah. Had to have it.
I love the items in this one! Tiny notebooks would be for a daily drawing or collecting quotes. A&O have been doing an incredible job on the last 4 or so subscription boxes.
I missed the advent and had a lot of FOMO over it, I think I feel a little better because I also don’t know what to do with tiny notebooks 😂 But yes, that last one is definitely a gorgeous design! I love the color of it too!
I use tiny notebooks like that for when I'm out of the house--you never know when you'll need to write things down (I refuse to use my phone for notes)
I'd use some of the mini notebooks pages to create mini Dutch doors in my bujo, why not using some of the plaid washi you got to attach it. Or to create foldable ref notes like special keys or to list all the pages of a multi pages collection. You can use the mini journal to sample pens or stamps or fonts 😊
I use little pocket composition notebooks to keep track of our bank account, and I just added another one for plotting notes for the story I'm working on next year. That was in my bullet journal, but I'm about to switch journals and don't feel like rewriting it all.
The sub boxes are definitely the better advents, the only real difference is the item boxes aren't numbered! I love tiny notebooks, but three is too many, especially when they aren't really coordinated as a set. The pad of mixed types is the sort I really like to use with a larger notebook to stick in or add as little flip cards, pockets, or to cover over distracting mistakes.
I’m pretty sure I got their box a couple of years ago and was really disappointed with what was in there. I’m with you, small notebooks look cute, but outside of grocery lists or to do’s I’m not sure what I would use them for…..especially three different ones. Thanks for opening for us.
I either use tiny notebooks as a phone book, because lord knows my phone will die when I actually need to make a phone call and I won't remember anyone's number, or I give it to a kid in the family that draws, writes, or is interested in planning.
I mostly use tiny notebooks for quick notes, but something of that quality, I'd recommend turning into a book of themed doodles. So far I have a tiny notebook or sketchbook each for doodles of cats, chickens, Pokemon, and Animal Crossing characters 😹
Small notebooks work for crafting logs. So like marking your place in a knitting pattern. I've also used them to track my physical therapy homework. I'm also thinking field notebooks, but I'm a geologist lol
Small notepads/ring notebooks are PERFECT for an every day carry bag. As a…just in case i need to make a note but its not an entire notebook page worthy note
I expected 1 notebook, but was surprised there are 3. How about using the small notepads as an ink swatch for your pen inks? The adhesive ribbon would be great for decorating your Christmas gifts
If you're into fitness, you could use the small notebooks as a little fitness journal to record your stats. Like your times for running/jogging... distance on treadmill... weight & reps on machines at the gym. I recently got myself mini comp books for that purpose. :)
I really enjoy you as an A&O ambassador because you’re so honest.
I appreciate that. You can be critical of someone you love and still love them.
That green notebook with the trees NEEDS to be a regular sized notebook.....its great!
It would be so nice

Some stocking stuffers for sure. Great idea.

Hahaha a perfect read
They need to have box sets for guys. It's not just women who journal.
Benefit of opening early: you can use the velvet ribbon tape for wrapping Christmas/holiday presents
Very true. Cause I have nothing else to do with it 😆
I would add trim to the little tiny notebooks.😂
Because you love the small tree notebook so much, you should write some things that make you happy - a little sketch, favorite quotes, sweet & funny things your family says, and some of your favorite stickers.
The velvet ribbon is cool since it's sticky! If you frame a picture you could use it as a border. You can also just use it for gift wrapping.
Use the little notebooks for pen/fountain pen ink swatches😊

Swatch notebook in the works! It was a great idea

You saved me from buying it. I’d waited too long to order, and I was just notified it was back in stock. I’m glad I peeked with you. Thanks!!
Happy to take one for the team

I actually found a great use, little swatch books for my inks. It looks cool and is working so well
I use the little tiny notepads as stocking stuffers/small gifts for a family member that loves and uses them.
that's perfect. I used mine as a mini ink swatch book. Best decision for me.

Saw JashiiCorrin, I believe, suggest using the tear-off notepad in the reading-themed subscription box for book recs-log them quickly, cross off what you actually got, dispose of it and put in a new one once you’re done with it.
The subbox is def a better value in comparison
The A7 notebooks can be used for diary if you want to write just a few sentenses (spelling?), a gratitude log, meal planning, pen test, one doodle a day, random scribbles...
I like the pen test / ink test idea. Thanks
Thanks for the amazing unboxing ! Regarding the Forest notebook... u can use it keep a mini catalog for your stamps collection.. the small stamps....
What’s for the idea - little stamp pages might be pretty cool
I have a small note book I keep in my car to record car maintenance stuff. Like when was the last time I changed my oil and what was the mileage or last time I changed my windshield wipers. So basically it’s all there if I want to reference when was the last time for my car.
It’s not something I include with my daily bujo since it’s like a life long record for my car and can go back years.
Oh that’s smart! I always forget those things.
number 6 would be good for small tip ins! i use small notebooks for grocery lists and such!
Many have shared the idea - makes so much sense! Thanks for the ideas
For the little notebooks I use them to test spread ideas so I don't waste a whole page on something I'm not sure I can do or how to do.
Little baby tiny spreads. Get out. I need to try it
For the small notebooks, give to your kids or use in the BuJo as a theme. Same as the washi stickers. Need a to do list a bit bigger? Glue one of the mini pages into the bujo.
Little mini bujos.
I always use the pages of tiny note pads as memo notes on my sketch books or journals, it adds a nice extra layer adding them to the page. Or lists for tasks, shopping etc. Or a pocket gratitude journal. Smaller pages are less intimidating and you can carry the notebook with you.
Great idea for them. Thanks for sharing
Use one of the small notebooks in your car glovebox to keep track of maintenance or for whenever you need to jot something down when you are out.
Oh smart idea. Thanks.
You could use the tiny notebooks for grocery lists, to-do lists or I would use that as a book I carried around with me during the day for chicken scratching down events for the evenings journal entry writing to recall what happened.
Little desktop notebook is the winner so far!
Little note books for fold outs? Or use them to correct fluff ups in your regular notebook?
This is 🎉a great 🎉 suggestion. I was going to suggest the same thing but wanted to read the posts before posting. Glad we thought of it 😂
Great idea
I agree with tree notebook, I would prefer a larger size. The items were nice but price was not there for $75.
give them to me bigger!
Baby notebook ideas: junk journal, favorite quotes, lists, stamp reference log, swatch book
Search book in the works! Thanks for the idea.
So much I could say but your reactions really said it all lol. Value aside, I agree that there are some gems in this box, like the forest cover design, the calendar stamp, and the writable sticker roll. Maybe the summer launch will have a great outdoors theme.
That would be VERY cool
Glad to take one for the team.
Yes!! #12 needs to be on notebooks. I’d use it for travel scrapbooking…for sho
Such a great design.
I use tiny notebooks for swatching or to show what my theme palettes were each month
Oh cool idea!
I would use the second notebook for making tip-ins. That way you wouldn't need to cut paper out of the main notebook you're using.
Very smart idea.
I send a lot of packages and I use small memo pads as mailing labels. I also use them for notes I add To my letters.
Oh that’s a great idea!
I loved seeing this!! The memo pad you could tear off the pages and tape them in to your books when you need just a little more space.
Yes like a tip in! I've also seen people paste it in for a little texture contrast, especially if you paste in a sheet of the grid for a habit tracker or calendar for example
Great idea!
OMG... Thank you.. I 💜 the tiny notebooks. I have one in every purse and on my night stand. You never know when you need to jot something down. Subbie from Jashiicorrin TFS. Be Blessed
Thanks for checking it out. I’m looking forward to reviewing this years
I get you’re not in to minis, but I am in love with them! Best box ever. I don’t take my A5 everywhere so I will take a mini and add those notes to my big journal later. And the velvet strips will be great for spreads and collages. Maybe a little girly for you, but perfect for me! 😊
Love to hear that! There have been some great ideas for the minis in the comments. So great to hear so many ideas.
I totally agree! Thank you for always being honest! I would use the notepads like you would "sticky notes". Except the green one with the trees, which does need to be on the full size notebooks!!! That one I would use as a travel journal or a memory keeper.
Oh yeah - love the green as a travelers. Perfection ☑️
Great ideas. I ended up using the velvety one as a ink swatch book.
I use one to loosely inventory all my stationary supplies, notebooks and tools
Great idea. I just related a video today about digitally cataloging my items.
little notebooks maybe for grocery list or the dot grid to make tip ins, put in your vehicle for a quick note, give to someone else
Great ideas. Thanks!
I use little notebooks like that for notes in the go. I’ll have one in my car or bag and just have it handy. I also use them as swatches, so I have one of my washi tapes and one of all my pens/markers!
Washi tape swatches are nice too! Good idea for a little notebook
The mini notes would be good as love notes for wife and kids. The ribbon I would think would dress up your wrapped Christmas presents.
Thanks for the ideas
Dont use tiny notebooks much but…..keep one in my car for quick notes when i need them…then sometimes i journal on them and insert them into my journal. Thanks for the video!
Great idea!!
I had a bit of fomo but after seeing everything I’m only sad about a few things. I think the metal tabs and the memo pad would have been great for my reading journal. The adhesive tape is nice looking and maybe junk journaling would be excellent
Taking one for the team. Haha. Happy to
I use tiny notebooks when I leave the house to take notes or write down a phone number for someone. They're small, so they fit in your pocket or bag without the bulk of a regular-sized notebook. Sometimes, Having somewhere to take notes that isn't your phone is nice.
Great ideas for little notes
Its always useful when you don't have your bullet journal with you. you can just transfer the information when you have time.@@markyourpages
I love the tiny notebooks....use them for....ink swatch, grocery list, quick to do list, velvet tape - junk journaling, gifting, give to your postal person with a chocolate bar for the holidays, give to your bank teller with a dozen homemade cookies for the holidays
All great ideas. Love the list / rating ideas for foods. Was thinking about one for overnight oats recipes
That mini notebook would make such a fun December Daily memory keeping book! ❤
I can def fill a little page with a thought. Cant do that with bigger notebooks. Does that say something about me ?? 😂
Personally I would LOVE one of the little notebooks to stick in my pocket when I can't carry my journal. And the stamp!!!! I definitely want that calendar stamp!
The stamp was a nice addition to my collection.
I’m a writer and i use little notebooks for small ideas and for calligraphy or when i have a sudden burst of artsy kind of inspiration but i don’t want to paint a huge picture and take a lot of time
Those are great ideas. Love that
The little memopad you could use in your regular notebook. The ringbound notebook / notepad you could be collages on. The little notebook is perfect for on the go notes, quotes and more. I'm glad I didn't go for the calendar, but I would have liked the notebooks. I'm a little disappointed the theme was not more included inside. Not worth the money to me.
Great ideas. Thank you.
Oh that’s a great idea.
I just used the day 12 box notebook for swatches, but a ton of ideas in this comment section.
I agree with you, i have no use for those small notebook, notepad. I would rather purchase the A6 notebook that worth 75USD :). Thanks for sharing.
Happy to share. :-) thanks for watching.
Those little notebooks are going to my son for sure.
Perfect regifting. My girls get all the stuff I don’t want.
Throw one in your car glove box to track any maintenance done, emergency numbers, stuff like that in case you're stranded. The tiny coil notebook I can see making a cute scrapbook with instax prints.
It will get lost forever in there. But love the tape in ideas
I wish we got these and the subscription boxes available in the UK. As postage and tax is more than I can allocate.
I always feel bad. I see the shipping to some over seats friends and it’s more that their purchase.
I would use the tiny notebooks for tip ins for a bullet journal if you're into tip ins
I use the baby prices of paper for little add on notes to calendars or planners with washi tape. Say I’m planning to go to the store at the end of the week I have a slice for a running grocery list then take it with me.
oh smart idea!
I use small notepads to swatch pens and markers. Also for grocery lists.
Great idea - I think I’m going that way
I like idea of a little stamp watch pad...but same; I'm glad I didn't spend the money on this one. There isn't enough stuff that I would use in it.
Those are great stocking stuffers. $75! Pack it up and send it back
haha, yeah plenty of little stocking stuffers
I use an A7 midori notebook for portrait sketches.
Little baby portraits. Great idea.
I will be using the little ones for grocery lists and to have in my purse if I need to write down an address etc.
Great idea! 💡
I say swatch your stamps. I use one similar to the grid dot lines for my currently inked so I can have them close to my pc.
Stamps away!
Thanks for the unboxing. The sticker roll caught my eye too. I use small notebooks for shopping lists. As a reader, the bookmarks are at the top of the list. BTW I ordered my first A&O journal. The cheetah. Had to have it.
Oh great ideas. Thanks for sharing how you use them
I love the items in this one! Tiny notebooks would be for a daily drawing or collecting quotes. A&O have been doing an incredible job on the last 4 or so subscription boxes.
I agree. They’ve really been killing it b
I missed the advent and had a lot of FOMO over it, I think I feel a little better because I also don’t know what to do with tiny notebooks 😂
But yes, that last one is definitely a gorgeous design! I love the color of it too!
Glad I could settle the fomo.
I use tiny notebooks like that for when I'm out of the house--you never know when you'll need to write things down (I refuse to use my phone for notes)
Haha I’m opposite - but makes sense for little notes especially when wifi doesn’t work in a store
Omg mini Dutch doors. Amazing idea 💡
I use little pocket composition notebooks to keep track of our bank account, and I just added another one for plotting notes for the story I'm working on next year. That was in my bullet journal, but I'm about to switch journals and don't feel like rewriting it all.
Oh nice. A mini check balance book. Very cool
Yeah you are right. Never thought of the sub boxes that way :-)
I’m pretty sure I got their box a couple of years ago and was really disappointed with what was in there. I’m with you, small notebooks look cute, but outside of grocery lists or to do’s I’m not sure what I would use them for…..especially three different ones. Thanks for opening for us.
Glad to open it for us all.
I either use tiny notebooks as a phone book, because lord knows my phone will die when I actually need to make a phone call and I won't remember anyone's number, or I give it to a kid in the family that draws, writes, or is interested in planning.
Good to have back up contacts
I mostly use tiny notebooks for quick notes, but something of that quality, I'd recommend turning into a book of themed doodles. So far I have a tiny notebook or sketchbook each for doodles of cats, chickens, Pokemon, and Animal Crossing characters 😹
That’s such a fun idea.
Small notebooks work for crafting logs. So like marking your place in a knitting pattern. I've also used them to track my physical therapy homework. I'm also thinking field notebooks, but I'm a geologist lol
Small is right up your alley.
Small notepads/ring notebooks are PERFECT for an every day carry bag. As a…just in case i need to make a note but its not an entire notebook page worthy note
I have those at home too… maybe just keep it out and see what happens.
I expected 1 notebook, but was surprised there are 3.
How about using the small notepads as an ink swatch for your pen inks?
The adhesive ribbon would be great for decorating your Christmas gifts
Ink swatches are on the way! It’s been a fun, but long process so far
If you're into fitness, you could use the small notebooks as a little fitness journal to record your stats. Like your times for running/jogging... distance on treadmill... weight & reps on machines at the gym. I recently got myself mini comp books for that purpose. :)
Not into fitness but a little full page would make me feel better than a large mostly empty page. 😛
