Cool looking radio, but I wonder why it has to protrude so far from the dashboard. A more flush install would be better looking and less prone to damage.
All depends on your preference. It's what the customer wanted. If your preference is an in-dash 7", more power to ya. Our customer wanted one of the biggest screens available on the market.
I fitted an alpine unit in my 2017 4x4 sprinter my only complaint was it didn’t have rods in Nz so it doesn’t display radio stations names which is very disappointing because it’s makes a great unit poor
I own a 2014 that the previous owner had installed some kind of old android head unit and it looks like they cut factory camera cable and simple wired into an RCA plug (plus seperate power) and it works fine.
Hi there ive been watching through your videos and they have been very helpful, thanks! I have a question and you seem like the right person to ask. Essentially at the moment I have a 2014 sprinter, im looking to install: 1 bluetooth through speakers 2 Dashcam for recording (front camera, back camera and the notnecissarily but ideally options for side and internal cameras) (always on, hot-wired to my camper van battery) 3 Backup camera the same as the dash cam back camera 4 And hopefully (but less importantly) Android auto and apple auto Do you have any recommendations on products I can use? A setup that would be a combination of this videos setup and your other video: ua-cam.com/video/JD5Q5kpNPt0/v-deo.html Id be happy with using what is in the attached video.except my sprinter doesn't have bluetooth or aux input connected to the speakers so a built in unit would solve this problem. And if this current videos unity had the capacity to record several cameras then that would solve the problem too.
Parts used linked in the description of the video!

Would it be possible with that double din adaptor to slide it further in so it was closer to flush and add screws in different holes?
Great video, great channel, but where is the link to the camera install for the Winnebago?
Oh haha still working on it.
Hi i have a LWB 2012 Sprinter, would that be classified as a cargo? Trying to work out what wiring harness to grab.
Another great install. If we are local how could we get an install?
Shoot me a message on facebook or instagram and I can help out!

I put in a radio and the radio only works when the van is off
