lipid profile by decreasing the concentrations of total cholesterol, nkakatulong sya para mapataas ang ating Good cholesterol to prevent high blood pressure, stroke or heart attact.
Kung gusto po medyo magbawas ng weight, maaring inumin ang vco before meal, at kung constipated po tayo, after meal. 1-2 tablespoon per day.

Hello Nicole john Ecalnea, good moisturizer po ang virgin coconut oil pero mas maganda po kung iaapply ito ng malamig galing sa ref. Dahil maari rin maka block ng sweat glands ntin at lalong dumami kung mayroong tayong bungang araw.
Always wear loose and light colored clothes po. Take a cool bath or shower using mild soap and stay hydrated po. Pwede rin po tayong mag cold compress (ice pack) pra guminhawa ang balat natin.
Lastly, we can apply CALAMINE OINTMENT ksi para po talaga ito sa prickly heat o bungang araw. May nabibili po sa drugstores, CALMOSEPTINE ang brand na gamit namin. Mura lang din po ito, 40 pesos pero sobrang effective kahit sa babies nmin pag nagbungang araw sila. May cooling effect din ito pag inapply.
