Dear Monty, ever since you graced us with your presence in Tamworth, NSW , I HAVE CONTINUED TO LEARN the language of Equus, from you and your methodology. Thank you so much. You have taught me what I did wrong and when I got it right it's another world of bonding. It is truly amazing and every grace and blessing to you and your family Monty, for this Holy Christmas '21. Fond regards Pete
This lovely horse is so worried but he is truly trying his best and Monty is so good. I work with a narrow passage made with plastic fence sticks and ask the horse through. I keep it wide to begin with then narrow it increasingly then I move on to other narrow places in the yard then out on walks in hand through bushes close together. If you spend your time with your horse and teach it properly like this then your bond and trust is immense and you and they are so much safer and it’s all so much more rewarding. Having a horse isn’t simply about riding it but all this work makes it so much more fun.I trained with Kelly marks Monty’s rep over in the uk and then went onto other trainers from the States like Monty who understand horses. Tom Dorrence was wonderful. Monty who spearheaded all this has been a great gift to horses and to me .
I LOVE my Dually Halters! I have one for my foal and a big one I have had for over 20 years for my bigger horses when I have needed them. They are fantastic!
One of the most important things is the driver...you have to drive so carefully with a horse in a trailer. Slow to accelerate and turn and stop. You sling a horse around you ruin him for loading and rightfully so.
Thank you for showing the world equine language and break barriers that hurt.
I could watch his stuff all day
Me too 😊 amazing
So educational and heartwarming to watch how such patience, gentleness and kind words from this man changed this horse.

I would be petting him every time he came through that fence set up.

We as human beings can’t force any large animal to do anything, time gentleness and knowing how a horse thinks.Use his stablemate might have worked.
Is this horse a thoroughbred?
WOW, he is scaring this poor horse. He is already afraid, and throwing sand at him and pulling him...horrible!!!
