- This is the best way to put on a Grip-n-Rip Bat Grip. You can use water, a soap or it can even be done dry. No need to try to muscle it too much, just let it stretch over the knob.
After struggling with it dry, tried this & It Worked like a charm! Second try & it was on. Thank You! (On a wood bat)

The one I bought is nearly impossible to put on. I have watched every video and still nothing. Any ideas if it doesnt stretch enough?

I’ve tried it multiple times and it doesn’t work. I got a green and black one for my metal bat and it doesn’t work at all. It looks cool but I cannot get it on.

Mine doesn't stretch nearly that much. I've been trying this for 20 minutes. I'm going to lose my mind!
Are you able to send a video of your attempt? There isn't any difference in the grips in the video vs. the ones that are sold. Again, I've done it so many times that I just know how to do it. It does take some effort. I've posted some other videos putting them on the same way.
Also try using a flathead screwdriver it'll help stretch it out

Does this fit on a baseball bat??
Wood baseball bats are usually tapered already so it would not work on a wood bat. As long as the angle between the knob and the handle is about 90 degrees it will work. Most aluminum or composite baseball bats aren't tapered so they would fit fine.
is it better to have it under the tape?
No, over the tape is better.

been trying to put this on for over a year, even took it to the gym to see if any of the body builders could put it on, i offered 20 bucks for anyone who can do it. still no luck........ over 100 people have tried , this is the worst product ever made for baseball
Can you post a video of your attempt? I've done it so many times that it's easy for me.
I'm no body builder and put mine on without any windex or water. You just have to work it over the knob. Once it's over, its not going anywhere and it's an amazing product
Uh, have you tried a heat gun/hair dryer?
