    Recipe 1 Ingredients for Egg Shakshuka: 🍳
    1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 Red Tomatoes( use either fresh or canned), 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional),1 red bell pepper, diced,1 green bell pepper, diced,1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes,1 teaspoon ground cumin,1 teaspoon turmeric,1 teaspoon garam masala ,1 spoon pavbhaji masala(optional),1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste),Salt and pepper to taste,4-6 large eggs,Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish),Crumbled feta cheese (optional, for serving)
    Crusty bread, roti or pita (for serving)
    Recipe 2 Ingredients for Vegan Macaroni Chilli 🍝
    1 1/2 cups dry macaroni pasta (whole wheat or gluten-free, as preferred)
    1 cup soy chunks (vegetable protein)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    1 can (14 ounces) mixed beans (kidney beans, black beans, etc.), rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup dried lentils (green or brown)
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    Salt to taste
    4 cups vegetable broth or water
    Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
    Optional toppings: diced avocado, sliced green onions, vegan cheese shreds
    Recipe 3 Ingredients for Broccoli Chicken Stir Fry 🥦
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1 cup asparagus
    1/2 cup snap peas
    2 tablespoons oil (vegetable,olive or sesame oil)
    Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
    For the Stir Fry Sauce:
    1/4 cup dark soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup chicken broth or vegetable stock
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon brown sugar or cane sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    1 tablespoon cornstarch or potato starch or rice flour
    1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce
    1/2 tablespoon siracha sauce (optional )
    1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper and garlic powder
    Optional Additions:
    Sliced bell peppers
    Onions
    Mushrooms
    Sliced carrots
    Sliced green onions for garnish
