Hey this is Caden the guy who played Chris, I just wanted to thank you guys for this amazing opportunity. The music video was super fun to film and I got to know the other four guys a lot better along the way. It was a great experience and I'm super happy with the way the video turned out (especially the yelling clip at 0:48). I also wanted to thank you guys for allowing us to bring extras because one of my friends is your biggest fan and I know she was super excited to be in the video even if just for a bit. All of you did a great job portraying the guys. They are super nice to their fans and know they made the shoot fun for you. Love the video.
You all did excellent jobs - I loved the way they worked in 'in jokes' for the longer term fans like "Austin" struggling with the puny dumbells, and "Rob" doing his armography as he entered the school! Hope the experience leads you into more and bigger things in future.
My 4 year old asked me what I was watching so I put the headphones on him & restarted it. His eyes popped wide open & his jaw dropped. He didn't even blink until the song was over when he asked, "Mommy, what was that? That was so pretty!" He's officially a fan now. :D
yep thats how you hook someone on country now just get him started listening to allan jackson 5 o clock somewhere and kenny chesneys when the sun goes down and ive been watching you by rodney atkins and round it off with people are crazy and little bity and knee deep but out of every song i mentioned thats still only a 64th of my country playlist

He's most likely going to be attached to it. Nowadays, you see kids listening to music like Whip/Nae Nae, etc. I can't think of any others. I listen to mostly country. I'm 18 and I'm well aware that newer music is just getting worse and worse.

@@GameBoy-ks9dy Not even remotely...just newer POP type canned music industry music. That genre is sucking, badly. There are many, many very talented writers and musicians displaying stuff on YT, Home Free is far from the only one. There are also many cover groups out there, like Pentatonix and 7th Ave Band that do excellent covers of both old and contemporary stuff, and actually turn some pretty crappy to OK pop into very nice music. 7th Ave Band was started by Chris Rupp, who was instrumental in beginning Home Free, as well, as I understand it, and includes his sister, who has a fantastic voice. Adam, the beat boxer here (one of the best IMHO) is his brother. Ridiculously musically talented family, unlike the Jackson 5, which were really pretty much the Jackson 1, as I remember it. They do many different types of music.

my smallest fry's absolut favorite tune ... we are from Denmark, she is 6 and doesn't know one word English, BUT she can sing this song.
When 'Chris' waves to a shy 'Tim' in the cafeteria - makes me think of Tim's emotional and charming farewell speech to Chris during Chris' last concert. Those two have a unique bond, even represented here as kids.

I just "discovered" you guys... (10/2020)
I'm 70, been in the music racket a long time, concentrated on guitar playing... But realized the whole package require singing. I sang, not knowing much.
Got in a band, had the lowest voice, but sang the high harmonies... this made my voice "come out." It blossomed because I was forced to belt, breathe, project.
The band broke up, I went solo, full time, working 3 to 4 nights a week... making me aware of many aspects of performance, playing and singing.
Then... along comes the genre of Americana. Being mostly a Blues guy, this was like going to another country and not knowing the language... determined, I figure getting involved with old school (even by my standards) Country would help.
Low and behold, i was asked to sit in with a trad band as a lead player... trial by fire.... and they hired me on the spot, gave me shirts for matching outfits... the band was horrible, but the dance floor filled, first tune to last, and the pay was good... I stuck with it until the leader passed. I only sang a few tunes, but I did get noticed...
I listened... the trad country has such amazing singers let alone players, arrangers. Now I pursue being a better singer with a passion... and when I heard y'all... I was smitten.... i would love to see you live... once this pandemic biz goes away...

After steaming through most of the music videos I've realized that THAT particular moment probably was childs-play for him, but still.
Might have found a new favorite bass voice... Probably. Definitely...
He’s an absolutely amazing singer. You should look at some of their other songs. My personal favorite was their collaboration with Peter Hollens and when Tim comes in with the fourth verse. It’s absolutely amazing and you definitely should check it out.
