What is here is good, but it feels entirely unfinished. We have the set up of a story, but no delivery. Why is the spirit asking questions? What happens next? what is going on? It is more like the first chapter of a story, not an entire story.
It is hard to work up much sympathy for the protagonist---he has brought whatever happens on himself by being very stupid. Anyone who claims to have experience with the supernatural knows that you never, ever give a spirit your true name, you never surrender personal information or answer questions. You say nothing personal, and never just leave without closing the session by dismissing the spirit and breaking the connection.
