Phil Blad Ice Fishing Tournament at Otter Creek

Phil Blad was a beloved school teacher in Fillmore, Utah. He died in 2021, so his family started the Phil Blad Ice Fishing Tournament at Otter Creek Reservoir. The tournament is used to raise money and collect donations for a scholarship fund in Phil's name to help send high-school seniors in the region to college.
In this episode of KSL Outdoors, we attend the tournament, learn about Phil Blad and his legacy, and catch some big Otter Creek rainbows through the ice.
