Adoption is wonderful. I was 3 years and 6 months old when I was adopted. My birth family could not take care of me, but my adoptive parents did and gave me a wonderful childhood that I treasure dearly and now I finished my degree last year and have a great job 🧡 I hope you raise him and he aware of his Korean culture/language as well when he grows up. He will feel an identity crisis if he is completely deprived of it (maybe). His so adorable and God bless to your fantastic family. #사랑해요🧡🧡
Dear Parents of Ari, Thank you for sharing this. I was adopted in 1980 from South Korea, I was fortunate to have good parents who loved us. But be aware, his teen age years will be tough and he may find himself wondering why he is so different from everyone. I questioned, felt lost and felt lonely at times. This is the time where he needs to feel he belongs. He will find himself one day asking more about Korea and who his real parents are...I cannot explain it...for some adoptees...this is a question they require answers. I live in Florida now...I found my love and my happiness here. Wish you all the best. If you ever have questions or just need a listening ear, I think I can bring you some insight into what to expect, its just my humble experience, nothing more. Sincerely, Joel.
Thank you for sharing! We know as our boys begin to understand more they will have lots of hard questions. Adoption is brought on by loss which is so hard. We love hearing from other adoptees about their experience. We also live in FL. I hope to bring our boys back to Korea often. Thank you for reaching out!
I am a Korean who lives in Canada. You guys are an amazing family. I feel bad that my country had to give up our future. But on the other hand, I also feel happy that this little angel got your lovely family. I hope he grows up with love and happiness. Thank you.

Now Korea is lowest birth rate in the world. We need to change of recognizing. Thank u so much. May ur day shine bright. Ari will be good person bc he has such a good parents like u.
@@RA-gw7lk The birthrate is very low. It's because of the hyper competitive environment has created huge costs per child. You have to be very wealthy to have more than 2 kids or even more than 1.

Oh, that laugh! Ari is so cute and adorable! Congratulations! This came up as a UA-cam recommendation, and I’m so glad it did! We have 6 adopted kiddos, 2 from Korea, and we just posted a “remembering gotcha day” video last night for our oldest daughter, Hannah, who is also from Korea. That’s probably why your video was recommended! Are you in Central Florida?
Awesome, Karen and I met on Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach area, and I grew up in Orlando, my family is still there. We still have some sand in our shoes, lol! Nothing like those flat beaches on the Central and North Florida coast, grew up driving on the beaches there! I'm glad we found your family! We live in Northern Virginia now, outside Washington DC. Love to you all!
