Heat Wave in NYC & Father’s Day with My Family in Virginia

- Things are heating up in New York City just in time for summer. In this vlog, I'm finally putting in the A/C and sweating A LOT while doing it. I also do some work on the Jeep before making a delicious fruit smoothie to help stay cool in the heat. Later in the vlog, I get ready for my trip down south to Virginia to see my family. It’s my first time seeing them since I left for Brazil! We make a stop at the local farmer's market, hit the beach, and go to the bowling alley, all while celebrating my Dad. On my way back to NYC, I catch some beautiful scenes over the Eastern Shore at sunrise. Thanks for watching and enjoy!

So soothing when you're in the kitchen. I think I've said this before but I love when you visit home. So sweet your family is. Your parents look so young. And Oliver was there, yay! Love him. Drone footage at the end was so inspiring. Much love to you Quincy and your family.

I love it when your mom makes an appearance. She always has something amazing to share. She's one of my good girlfriends in my head. 😂😂
Here is a quick tip on your smoothie ingredients: when using orange juice, buy the concentrate and keep in the freezer, then scoop out a tablespoonful or more depending on how much OJ you intend to use, add water, I use 1/2 cup water to one large tablespoon of OJ concentrate, develop your own taste.
This will save carrying that half gallon jug back to the apartment and save on plastic waste.😊

Back in VA.....glad you had a nice visit with family...loved that your Mom just wanted to talk your ears off, she must miss you very much! Looks like Ocean View has torn down most of the old and built new, it was getting that way when I lived there for six years (2000-2006). And that bowling alley looked familiar, N. Military Hwy?? I bowled on a league there many moons ago before I went back to CA. And last but not least, the beautiful Eastern Shore (looked like) that you so marvelously captured by drone. Thank you Mr. Smooth-ie!
