Super Easy Nougat Cracker Candy | Milk Nougat | Snowflake Crisps :: 雪花酥 | 雪Q饼

My old time favorite Snowflake Crisps recipe!! I always stick to the amount of the marshmallows, butter and milk powder. For the rest of the ingredients, you can use your choice of nuts, crackers, dried fruits etc and adjust the amount to your preference.
It's a quick and easy snack that can be done within 25 mins. Although it's simple, you need to pay attention to ONE single rule while cooking the marshmallows with butter '"Use Low Heat'' or your candy will turn hard. That's is!
很专一的雪花酥/雪Q饼食谱。棉花糖，牛油和奶粉的用量是固定的，但饼干，果干和坚果的量可以随自己的喜欢调整。我喜欢加了冻干草莓干的颜色，做出来的雪花酥非常漂亮。加了草莓干的雪花酥放置几天后会有点受潮，吃起来更有嚼劲。不想加或买不到草莓干的可以用饼干，坚果或果干替代。
它的做法很简单快速，也不需要用到烤箱，是很多人都能入手制作的一款零嘴。注意的是炒棉花糖时要用小火，不然成品会很硬。做好后冷冻几分钟然它定型，这样切出来的雪花酥就会很整齐漂亮。
Ingredients：
1）Marshmallows - 160g
2）Butter - 40g (use 45g if you refer softer Snowflake Crisps）
3）Milk powder - 40g
4）Freeze dried strawberries - 30g
5）Dried cranberries - 40g
6）Almond - 50g
7）Crackers - 80g ( I use Ritz）
8）Extra milk powder for dusting
