I made this post at the beginning of the video and then at the end of the video he actually uses One of them so basically ruin this comment The only reason I left it up also that way he knew the puffer fish till basically the same thing so I don’t know if you know that also the eels does the The same thing to just so that way if he doesn’t make another video he can actually use them

Hey DF just in case you didn’t know
The snail shell and upgraded versions are helmets that act as shields that take damage for you. These are not limbs and you get them back after you die and respawn. They are highly recommend (at least by me) because they can in one upgrade, I think the maximum is, increase you health by 5 basically
Plus its cheap. And removes em from shop pool? I'm not sure on that one though
The elephant trunk likely acts the same way the angler fish does, in that it's crucial to dealing with certain enemies...like those jellyfish

Hes probably tried other upgrades before but takes these ones because he sees them as being more effective and good than the other upgrades
The elephant trunk push back the jellyfish and stuns back at the enemy when they get close to them I think as far I remember playing this game.
The elephant trunk can also blow the kongaroo’s boomerang back at it which causes damage to it.
He should realize that what you unlock usually does something you need, especially when it has a special effect, like decloaking or pushing things back

Grab the snail shell and the upgrades like it. They’re like the starfish, they don’t take up slots. Pufferfish too.

I’ve seen a comment saying that things like starfish and pufferfish are like pets and are just there to help you without taking a tentacle space, and I’m wondering why DF never even tried to buy those to test how they are :/

The frog head is good for tanky enemies because once you catch one tanky enemy, you can use it as a flail to knock enemies back. On land, if you are surrounded, don't let the "flail" hit the land so you can keep swinging it until the surrounding is clear. is very good placed next to angler to unstealth enemies.

13:43 nooooooooo the porcupine was doing amazing, bigsad. Always a fun time with DF, lmao. I would've replaced the last Goldfish with a Porcupine there instead, tbh, but maybe that would have come back to bite me, idk.
DF really underestimates porcupine power, because they fire nearly as fast as the cobra but hit harder and three times per volley, at longer ranges, in a spreadshot pattern...

DF seems to be able to create a monster out of a simple octopus
The snail shell is super strong and essentially gives you a regenerating heart that rests each level. Please use it I'm having a mental breakdown.
Edit: the shell doesn't take up a tentacle slot.

Frogs are super over powered you can grapple basically any enemy and swing around to do a ton of damage the only downside is that they’re not good for land levels but it makes up for it for because they’re so good in water levels

Tip:you can buy star fish or puferfish and they can do some sirius damage if you buy them
You should buy startfish and puffer fish. They are pets and doesn't taking space of your tentacles. Also snail is actually the head armor.
