Motor starts sparking when is damaged or carbin brushes are ended (if don't have auto stop function), or brushes is stuck. Normally yiu can see armature damage by simple looking at it
So if the sparks is brighter means the angle grinder is needed to change the carbon brass.. and if not, the angle grinder will going to broken like what happen to my angle grinder.. that is why when we notice that the sparks inside is brighter or bigger than before.. we must change the carbon brass immediately.. Welchen Schaden die Lager dabei genommen haben könnten (Schläge auf das Lagergehäuse) möchte man an dieser Stelle ja gar nicht mehr ansprechen - eine Reparatur sieht auf alle Fälle anders aus..
I don't think this is a repair. you replaced the fault with a new one instead of repairing it.also, although it is an old device, you did not change the grease and bearings

he bought a new armature obviously. check the worn armature have bad shape in its copper conductor

火花大先换一副碳刷试试，转子看集电环和线圈有没有烧黑，烧掉的90%都可以看出来，非常明显
