9:15 Wraith the Oblivion. I've got plenty of fast paced games but need to expand my slow paced games. Chess is one of my favorite games and I have been waiting for a dev to take this idea and create something exquisite out of it and that really looks like the case here. I can only imagine what everything will look like in a few years after people have had lots of time to play and the game has updated/developed more.

9:15 Nature Treks VR for Oculus Quest. This chess game reminds me of Battle Chess. I'd say the animations could be better, needs more violence, or at least make them more funny. The two environments look cool, hopefully they do add more, and it'd be nice if you could mix and match the environment and boards.

You forget how satisfying sliding into check it is!!! After playing one match it hooked me again and it’s the only game I played all week!! Can’t wait for it to go on sales and have people start showing up in the multiplayer lobby!!

I'm finding the app annoying. The matchmaking system is clumsy and sometime takes forever, and games will be lost because of bugs. I love chess, but the app needs a lot of updates.

Yeah this is easily the most enjoyable way to learn. Chess actually only takes a few minutes to learn! A lifetime to master though and that combination is usually my favorite when it comes to gaming!
nope haha!!! The one oversight they made making this game lol!! The devs DID say it learning mode will be added soon though. For now, youtube or trial by error! It's actually not that hard to learn the basics!
I really hate that the chess pieces turn transparent when you pick them up. I mean that bothers me a lot. It's so immersion breaking. It would've been cooler if they animate in your hand, or even say something to you.
The game with tony was absolutely a draw. VR Dynamite didn't know what he was doing and as such he made a mistake. In many cases a draw can be considered a win if the opponent you are facing is much stronger than you which it seemed like VR Dynamite was.
Stalemate means you put your opponent in a situation where they can’t move without forcing themselves in a losing position. And thus you guys draw in that case even though you should have won easy you didn’t put him in check but instead surrounded him with threats and then he couldn’t move without sacrificing his king.
This desperately needs a function to tilt the board, like in Demeo. I can’t get through a full game of Chess Club VR because my neck hurts Looks very bland without shadows. A couple of the fantasy character models (bishop; queen) and their walking animations seem to have been designed for teens Lots of potential but honestly too little content for the money as it stands right now.
Maybe it could ve a region thing? Where are u from? Because yesterday i got a notification saying i could play it and i just downloaded it. I preordered too
