I'm smelling a Mad Max diorama with several of the movie cars... In few words... A work of art.
Oh that would be so PERFECT! Want to see the Gigahorse !!
I was going to suggest he make the other war rig from the movie but I like your idea A LOT better!
.
😂
I was wondering what was talking so long, the dude 3D printed and entire model. Impressive, most impressive.
Do you follow his insta? If you follow it you can often see the projects he's working on. I already new he was working on this from his insta. So I'd recommend following him on insta.
@@katyusha_kat that requires having an Instagram account, though.
No thanks!
(Edited for ducking autocorrupt)
@@ScottKenny1978 Then just make a junk email for the account, not that hard.
@@ScottKenny1978 or face book lol I'm lucky to know how to use you tube lmao
But you are not a Jedi yet
Wow, a 3d printed model, thats what has been taking ages
is not enough for him to made models, even manufacture his own parts. he need to assemble the 3d printer himself. that is PLASMO craft level
Prusa 3D printers are funny to build. I made another type of Prusa model by myself too. It would be shame for him to buy it assembled.
@Oliver Viehland scratch building the 3D printer took him a while, then he weathered it to make it more interesting
@Oliver Viehland When the day comes that a machine canreproduce itself, we're all ****ed.😁
Next up: how to weather a 3D printer with oils and pigments
I am a bit dissappointed, that he did not actually build it from scratch, but just assembled it. He is definetly slacking (-:
Everytime you think that somebody reached the top level of scale modelling, David says: "hold my beer"
*hold my loctite super attak
@@krisanludwiczak6377 hold my epoxy putty
Hold my Proxxon.
No, wait, I need that!
He is great modeler (one of best on youtube), but top level? He barely started to climb into that mountain. For example check work of Andrzej Ziober. Especially his Mi6 which has taken 6 years of work. No PE parts, no 3d printing, no CNC.
www.craftsmanshipmuseum.com/Ziober.htm
His level is unachievable for us mortals.

Plasmo: releases video
Me on google meet: welp. There goes my plans for doing homework.
legit my same thought for a comment Ive missed him so much:)
But now holidays on progress?
Wtf why?
@@slendrick yeah the winter break ended and now we have to be digital for a week. And on Monday I felt my soul leave my body when the first meet started lol
@@matijajuric7997 Because this is a great channel.
Mad Max would be proud. That technique on the Beetle i did not even think about. thx for that tip.
This could be the future. Imagine if Airfix could scan some of their old kits they will never remake and give guys the chance to build them for a reasonable price.
Great job.
That's assuming they haven't thrown out the old molds and die... But you never know.
9:13 I love the way he says lovely for some reason
For me it's "putty." Czech accents: underrated.
@@thecaveofthedead yeah that's magnificent, as well as Tamiya word
me: see the thumbnail
me: want to buy the kit
Plasmo: haha NO
Resin printers are getting very affordable. The model is from Gambody. Very easy learning curve.

end up with buying the kit of a 3D printer.
The last video from Plasmo was released 2 months ago, so I was affraid that David quit making models. I'm addicted to this videos, they are better than movies :)
these things take time mate
PLASMO while painting War Rig: Witness me!
Mr David sir, I just want to say thank you for getting me into scale modelling. You are a big inspiration.
You have taken plastic modeling to a whole new level. Wow 😳
ALL of the vehicles in the movie were 100% real. Real chassis, real v-12's and V-8's, real steel. They really chopped up a bunch of old classics and made the vehicles for the movie. They all run on their own power in the movie, they all still exist.
Just in case anyone didn't know.
There's a good video floating around somewhere on UA-cam about those movie vehicles, how they made and ran them for the film.
nádherná práce
This whole process fascinated me, and the end result is outstanding. Another Plasmo triumph. Well done sir!
Really love the driver side door opened to see cab detail, and also prevents you from painting a tiny arm below the window.
Great job on this build!!!
Holy smoke Batman, that’s amazing.
Best day of the year so far. Plasmo's first upload.
Also worth mentioning, use a respirator/PPE when sanding resin. It's very toxic.
And THIS is why PLASMO is still the No.1 scale modeling channel on yt.
Wow! Result looks great!
Thanks David, you're videos are always something to look forward to.
I've been watching your videos for over a year now. Made me get into modeling and painting. Just got a resin printer this week because I meant to do just what you did in this video. I'm currently knee deep in learning Blender basics so I can modify parts. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love how you explain how to do certain stuff, as if I would have any chance of replicating this!
My god this was worth the wait, brilliant as usual
Glad to see you back Plasmo!
Every time I think you can't possibly go up another level, you completely confound me. Incredible.
What a masterpiece!
I just got my first 3D resin printer a few months ago and absolutely love it 😎 it makes conversions and kitbashing so much fun I can just print a bunch of bits and have fun.

We’re you always this good at making models? I can’t imagine myself making a model with details as close to yours.
He is outrageously always this good yes, among the best modelers I found on yt!
@@nicolasbonini Night Shift is the best vehicle modeller you can see on internet
I'm sure it took a while for him to develop the skill we see now. Like anything, the longer you do it the better you become.
This thing just asks for a desert diorama! Great Work!
Wow, just Wow!
I totally missed this one! Glad I found it now
Wow, Stunning model and weathering job !!!!
Great video and perfect music for the build.
Plasmo, its been months. So thank you for the nice video we all can enjoy together! It's pretty cool that you 3D printed this one too.
"So after several phases of successful weathering techniques, I decide to do several more" LOL. As always, thanks for sharing. Happy new year!
