Im just curious, do you use invisibility cheats in your playthroughs ?? When i played this hack, i struggled SO hard. I couldnt get to 1 single boss room in over an hour... the enemy placements are pretty extreme and insane, hate to say. :(
Kuja I thought you know better than that! It's clearly tool assistant with save states because you can reload a save during movies with the latest FCEUX and Bizhawk. Yes I couldn't even beat Ring Man as my first choice or any other levels because the level design is awful unless you acquire a weapon to progress. It's possible to beat this game casually if you practice and expect to play levels over and over again which is annoying.

And yea honestly i did not enjoy this hack, and just gave it up after to much fustration. that's kind of disappointing because just before, this author released his "Rockman 2 Another" hack, and that was very good, fair, and fun. But this new Rock 4 hack ...not so much.
The original MM4 looks better but yeah. It's one of the greatest NES games gameplay and graphically wise. (Original, Graphics are still great in the EX romhack)
Right away I noticed the turbo rapid fire. You couldn't beat this legitimately but that's okay because the game is too hard and I couldn't even past a single level. Ringuman was already hard in some obstacles in terms of platforming. It's possible to beat the game without savestates if you play it with trial and error.
Insectduel's Domain I'm not sure if I'd call rapidfire cheating or not since some official emulations/editions of the game add it in. Even then this video did the rapidfire much faster than any of those as the official ones tend to have a delay.
Fate For Windows Nobody plays the game flawlessly so it has to be played with abusive savestates as one of the features in an emulator. Nowadays Bizhawk and FCEUX has Tool Assistant features.
