You will buy but won't have any freedom. We have some family friends who bought not from this company in particular and are now building their own in Accra because there are alot of rules to follow eventhough they literally bought the house
Don't understand why Ghanaians get only 3 to 5 yrs to pay for a house while rich countries given 25 to 30 to pay off mortgage facts.i cant think far smh
Because the Bawumia Cedis depreciate with alarming speed, so if they have to wait for 15 to 25 years to get all their money, they would be bankrupt in less than 10 years.

Beautiful houses, in a very deplorable neighborhood. What's the appeal? Yes your homes are quality and affordable but the neighborhoods are nothing to write home about. Most Ghanaian real estate developers target Ghanaians in the diaspora, because the average Ghanaian civil servant can't afford these homes. However the average Ghanaian living abroad have good taste and may not want to live in these neighborhoods. Unpaved roads and filthy neighborhoods. The cost of these homes is weighed down by the neighborhood. Quality home in a bad neighborhood

Everything dollars , everything dollars, you have devalue our currency then you blame everything on government. Go to Europe and do business in another foreign currency and see if you will succeed.
