It's nice & for an American relatively affordable $70k for a studio ain't bad, it's probably a little under what they were charging in for Townhomes on the Westside of Long Beach back on the 90s which w/ the price fluctuations ain't bad awesome deal Neil 👍🏽 On top of all that you've offered an eye capturing design, so you've definitely given it that artistic approach w/ the shape & design of these home's it definitely has that westernized touch that's destined to be appreciated 👍🏽👍🏽& as for walking through the front door 🚪 🤣 listen there are some really modernized door's these day's w/ the type of modernized artistic concept behind the dinning room table the door is nice but the dinning room table I mean goodness if they sold separately I'd want one & they definitely have the doors that'll pair up beautifully w/ it & finally yes if I were in the market I'd definitely consider Heritage 100 in Labone where 🐔 chicken's aren't out running around & ready to greet you as soon as you arrive! 🤣

Very nice Smart homes, though it is so disappointing and annoying the way these modern Accra developers focus too much on diasporafuo with $ £€! And ignore the housing shortage & needs of regular local Ghanaians. Then Accra needs more road and infrastructure upgrades, many local roads are basaaa... So before I pay USA prices! My family owns in East Airport glad cause I'm not buying in Ghana now...This post Year of return Ghana utopia thing is tiresmd smoke & mirrors! I rather invest again in USA East coast, where I know no dumsor lol smh, consistent water & electricity, quality paved roads, working street lights and reliable ambulances, much better health care etc. I'm a realist, Accra is way too expensive and stressful for these prices & issues.

In terms of development in Africa,the sky is the limit,there is so much virgin land to be developed in Africa,so its all about the daring ideas we have to build the paradise we want.Kudos to the brother for daring to dream and pursue his dream without being sidetracked by detractors or the enemy.
Neil is a genius and a game changer in the real estate. Had some interecations with him as a building services engineer and can can say he's too serious and passionate for his development. Gets involved in all the processes to crop up out of the box apartment. We need serious guys like this to push our economy.

Am glad I came across this video, it's been an eye opener. As a self-taught building designer I could relate to what he said about his concepts seen as "not buildable".
interesting ... the concept of doing high-end housing projects is nice and can be great if it does the corresponding infrastructure building in the contiguous areas. No sense having a high-end house and sit in the dark when the power is cut off during the day. Or, can't get to your great neighborhood because the rain has washed out the main road. And employing the best of the best artisans, craftsmen and builders in Ghana is smart and necessary, however, it's the vast middle-class that has to be catered to if the standard of living is gonna expand country-wide. To be "wakanda" like, it would also have to have a source of income and industry that make it competitive on the open world market. As a first step, ok, we have patience with real progress.
Exactly my feeling, he didn't really reply to the question on the purchasing power - this is clearly catered to the diaspora...Hopefully he can later on develop ecofriendly good quality building projects for smaller budgets, basically for the majority of the lower middle class locals...

I came across this video and I must say that I love every bit of it and I just subscribed. As an architect I just love how the Adinkra symbols have been converged into the facade of the building design giving you a sense of wanting to know what these symbols on mean. A combination of nature and futuristic community. I love the name mini Wakanda. Just can’t wait to see how these awesome buildings will look at night. 👌🏾

Gentrification has taken over Accra. Wow, the good and bad of Gentrification in Africa and especially Ghana 🇬🇭.
Yes it's true, salute to this project but aden, why cater for just the diaspora?! The gentrification of Accra is really sad ooh.. I'm Ghanaian American and not keen on moving back to Ghana... These over priced properties, segregating foreigners from local Ghanaians is problematic. Then, overall Accra's substandard infrastructure doesn't match the USA prices!

Don't forget that even way back in history ,Dr,Kwegir Aggrey once quoted "Only the best is good enough for Africa"So why hide behind the phrase "It cannot be done here"It should even better here than the West comparatively.We are just being lazy, and looking down on ourselves.
