Dear sir, i tryed several times to upgrade my Si Compact 32 fron 2.3 to 3.2 or 3.3 software, but, when i try ti unzip the info XML file, there nothing on it. Any idea????
@@sagorreta try reformatting your usb to another format. If that doesn’t show the .xml file; try doing all of these steps on a PC and not a MAC. I’ve had users state that they cannot do this on a MAC because of the formatting I would believe. Let me know.

Yes, no problem, but in this case was a generic usb stick, there is not a specific brand on it. Once again thanks for your help.

FAT32 will work. ExFAT should work as well.

Good day sir! I’m sorry to hear you are having troubles. You tried unzipping the file on your computer first, correct?
