      Pre heat @ 400° then shoot it down to 350° for an hour I say look after 45 minutes

      3lbs of ricotta which is the 32 oz container. 4 eggs.. 4 egg yokes .. whip the 4 egg whites separate and add later

      He added a cup , another recipe I saw used 3 pounds ( tub) ricotta ,8 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar ,lemon zest ,squeeze an orange, 2-3 tsp vanilla extract ,and a shot of sambuca ,350° for 30-45 minutes

    God I hate it when there’s not an actual recipe to Follow in the pinned section below, or even a page at the video end! Rachel Ray sure makes sure, LONG NON-SKIPPABLE ADVERTS are included at the beginning! (As if the TV CHANNEL needs the Ad 💰)!
    Okay What good is wasting our time even watching if we can’t try a stupid recipe?! 😤😠🤬

    Every time I try to watch Rachel way I try so hard to watch a full episode but I can’t because she always interrupts and she’s so loud and rude! Like girl shut up! you have a guest on your show for a reason.

      But the TV station makes sure they choose Non-Skippable money 💰 making adverts, we’re forced to watch if were want to watch the video. It’s a waste watching Rachel Ray’s videos unless you can sort out which step & what amounts come next. With you 💯! 😉

    I’m Italian Brazilian but I never say I’m Italian, even though at home we say we are Italian. We are Brazilian. You are American! Italian American I know but NOT ITALIAN! I’ve lived in America for many years you’re not Italian! I’ve also lived in Italy for 4 years. You’re definitely not Italian but Italian AMERICAN! It’s different!

      We know it's different being from Italy vs being an Italian-American; but it's just not how we say it in parts of the US, particularly New York/New Jersey-- perhaps because of the waves of immigrants that came from Europe in the 20th century-- I don't know. I know when I lived in the south & in the Northwest, most people just considered themselves "American" most of the time. I grew up in NYC though, and pretty much every natural-born American who grew up in that area of the country would say "I'm Italian" or "I'm Irish" or "I'm Pakistani" or "I'm Russian" or whatever... which is understood as being one's heritage. If you wanted to convey that you were born in a different country, you'd say you were "from Italy" or "from Ireland," and so on. It's just the dialect I guess, considering Rachel & Buddy are from NY & NJ respectively, it makes sense they'd say it that way, it just is what it is.
