More than 100 victims and relatives of victims of the Oct. 7 attack by Hamas militants in Israel are suing Iran, Syria and North Korea for allegedly providing Hamas support for the attack. James Pasch, senior director of national litigation at the Anti-Defamation League, discusses how families may be compensated if they win the lawsuit and the countries refuse to pay them.
