Thank you, Josh!! the memories. i picture myself skiing all those runs with you. it's been years. first skied the "Big" in 1983. flipped burgers at the Stube during the day and worked radio at night (KTXX and KJJR). was the caretaker of the Mountain House (with stocked fridges) in the Spring of 1986. stayed there from Mid April until mid June for insurance purposes. what a great couple of months living atop Big Mountain. unfortunately my skiing days ended too soon due to a back condition and i haven't skied in 25 years. but the memories remain. thanks
So many variable conditions in one day, Low light, sunny, blizzardy, foggy. Feel like I would need to bring a couple of lenses with me just to be able to see.
That’s great, you’re gonna have an awesome time! I’ve actually only been to Big Mountain once ‘cause I just moved here last year but there lots of tree runs. The back side of the mountain may have a little more though
Thank you, Josh!!
