Hello Friends!! i make these super easy to make coffee jelly that you dont any mold!! Just use as it is the Coffee bottle itself and add gelatine powder!
Then you can me so easy coffee jelly!
These are very famous noe here in Japan, I tried it and i was so satisfy with the result, including my Family!
720 ml coffee ( its up to you if you want sweet or plain)
10 gram gelatine powder
For the Topping, This is optional and your favorite choice is up to you.
NOTE
Read the instruction of your gelatin powder, because there are some instruction on how your jelly texture will be outcome depend to your coffee quantity that you bought and each gelatine powder gram that you will add.
If you are going to use 900 ml or 1000 ml. read the instruction of gelatin powder carefully.
