You should probably stick to boxed mac n cheese. Boil water, add pasta, 7 minutes later, strain pasta and add boxed chemical cheese powder, butter and a splash of milk. Serve with an apple 🤣

I think using normal dark choc would be ok For gelatin, watch and read soem instruction cuz gelatin have 2 steps to follow and mostly cuz gelatin cant be pour instantly under hot temperatures Preferably add gelatin at very end after milk + choco had been stirred with sugar and wait for the liquid to finally lukewarm to finally add the gelatin
Not sure if you can substitute it with gelatin as they are 2 different things. I used very dark chocolate as it turned out my chocolate layer tasted a bit bitter but I'm ok with it. I suppose a sweeter chocolate will make the whole pudding taste nicer.
I think u can do it. U learn everything by trail and error ❤ besides imagine how cool it'll be once u master it. U could bring it to a party or work and impress people or just yourself ❤
Presentation of video is excellent, and a nicely paced musical accompaniment! I fast forward on so many videos that are painful to watch due to slow preparation. This was great! So many ideas racing through my mind based on this excellent dessert. Not overly complicated yet something I would happily serve at a dinner with its wow look! Only one tiny negative and not a biggy….youve put the ingredients in a list but not the quantities, as I said not a big negative! Thank you.

I'm making this with regular gelatin, since the packs are 7g. So far it seems ok but takes a lot longer to set. So i put it in the fridge for about 10 to 15 mins while I peeled the mandarins. The setting half with the fruit and more liquids is taking a bit longer to set. I'd suggest 25 to even 30 mins. I'll update when I finish. Whelp, it didn't go well. use Agar. Mine is basically chocolate moose with some milk inside. Didn't set or hold together good.

Actually, you can see that only adding 5g isn’t too bad. Agartine can get hard or watery on varying degrees depending on how much liquid you add, and it is also different with every agartine. You gotta add the amount according to the texture you want, it often needs some experimenting to find the right amount. It’s also best to have something kept warm the entire time if you need to work with multiple layers, because it ain’t that good to warm it up after it already cooled down… at least that’s what I experienced (looks at failed almond tofu attempt) but yeah. Often, what the instructions say are the maximum amount of water/liquid you need for (amount) of agartine, so you can vary. 2. 코코아가루 25g 섞은 후 약불에서 저으면서 끓이기
3. 1.5국자(120ml)를 케이크몰드(20x10x8cm)에 부어 굳히기
4. 완전 굳은 우유푸딩 (테두리 칼집) 꺼내서 굳은 초콜릿푸딩 위에 올려서 초콜릿 마저 위에 붓기
5. 냉장고에서 1시간이상 굳히기
6. 테두리 칼집내서 꺼내기 > 먹기 좋게 컷팅

바로 보고 이뻐서, 한천가루만 없고, 구글해서 한천이 뭔지 알았네요. 한천가루 되신 젤라틴 가루를 조금 더 넣었는데, 탱글탱글 고소한 맛이 나게 나옴. 다만 전 우유를 못마셔서, 두유로 대처. 과일재료가 있어서 처음으로 멕시코 방문중에도 만들었네요. 음식 아트 같네요.

I'm making this with regular gelatin, since the packs are 7g. So far it seems ok but takes a lot longer to set. So i put it in the fridge for about 10 to 15 mins while I peeled the mandarins. The setting half with the fruit and more liquids is taking a bit longer to set. I'd suggest 25 to even 30 mins. I'll update when I finish. Whelp, it didn't go well. use Agar. Mine is basically chocolate moose with some milk inside. Didn't set or hold together good.

아가들 먹인다고 안에 우유 과일 젤리만 트라이 했습니다.
1. 중불로 끓이기 전에 우유 설탕 한천가루를 먼저 잘! 한참! 섞어 설탕이 녹은 다음에 끓여주세요.
ㅡ 한꺼번에 넣고 끓이면서 섞었더니 설탕이 바닥에 늘러 붙었습니다.ㅜㅜ
2. 처음 하시는 분이라면 쿠킹하루님 레시피 대로 하시길 추천드립니다.
ㅡ 가지고 있는 빵틀이 커서 쿠킹하루님 레시피에 두배로 했습니다. 우유 1리터, 설탕 70g, 한천가루 14g
ㅡ 1번 경우와 겹쳐서 그런지 단맛은 없고;;;; 많이 탱탱한 느낌만 있습니딘.
3. 불 조절 잘 하셔요.. 중간에 확~ 넘쳤습니다. 덕분에 가스레인지 청소했네요 😂

젤리는 인공 색소 ,합성착향소 설탕 덩어리 인데요 고열에 젤리가 녹으면 설탕 덩어리인데 인공적인거라 녹아서 우유랑 섞이지가 않으니깐 바닥에 달라 붙는거겠죠???
레시피대로 안하고 본인 마음대로 커스텀해서 실패 해놓고 뭐라하는건 좀^^
그리고 영상에 잘보면 약불로 하라고 나옵니다^^ 맘충 레전드네요 ㅋㅋㅋ

Actually, you can see that only adding 5g isn’t too bad. Agartine can get hard or watery on varying degrees depending on how much liquid you add, and it is also different with every agartine. You gotta add the amount according to the texture you want, it often needs some experimenting to find the right amount. It’s also best to have something kept warm the entire time if you need to work with multiple layers, because it ain’t that good to warm it up after it already cooled down… at least that’s what I experienced (looks at failed almond tofu attempt) but yeah. Often, what the instructions say are the maximum amount of water/liquid you need for (amount) of agartine, so you can vary.

Можно добавить желатин, он долго не застынет при комнатной температуре. Надо только посмотреть соотношение заменяемости агар-агара и желатина. Когда делаю зефир или торт "Птичье молоко" (😂вкусняшка) на агар-агаре, стараюсь работать быстро. Но агар можно в тёплой духовке держать 50°С.
