I love to exercise but when it compromises sleep, I think it can be less healthy than we think it is! Sometimes i remind myself that although a necessary stressor, it is still a form of intentional stress on the body. During times of high stress already in our lives, it might be actually beneficial to reduce some movement and rest instead. Just a thought, and thank you so much for Lanmas!! I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and I look forward to watching all the amazing content you’ll produce in 2025!

I was sick with a respiratory infection the entire month, and I'm still sick. Your videos made it much better. Meryl looks and sounds great, she was so cute in her flower collar. Thanks for being understanding that not everyone can afford expensive clothing, it was very thoughtful to include affordable options. Your vlogs are the best. I definitely enjoy your makeup videos, but I'm always happy when you've been vlogging. It will be great to see what you guys do with the house. My daughter graduated from college and moved. So, my husband and I decided to change the decorations on our Christmas tree. We may put a Christmas tree upstairs next year with the fun ornaments on it. I love how our tree turned out, I can definitely see some Allana inspiration in the direction that we took. I hope you have an awesome Christmas with your family, and get a lot of well deserved rest. There are so many studies on how stress is a major contributor in diseases, I have a lot of auto immune problems so I consider myself well versed hehe, but you could be hurting yourself more than you’re helping with allllll of this.
