Crispy Potato & Spring Onion Fritters (English)

  • These crispy fritters are the perfect vegan snack in a hurry, packed withs lots of veggies.
    Enjoy anytime of the day with your favourite chutneys and dips.
    Ingredients :-
    4-5 potatoes grated
    A bunch of spring onions finely chopped
    1 red onion finely chopped
    Green chilies finely chopped
    A handful of fresh coriander finely chopped
    Handful of grated cheese
    1.5 teaspoons of salt
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1 teaspoon of cumin powder
    1 teaspoon of coriander powder
    Juice of one lemon
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
    Method of cooking
    Pop your chopped onion / spring onion / coriander / chillies / into a bowl
    Add 1 tablespoon of corn flour
    Add garlic and ginger paste
    And add the grated strained potatoes
    Mix together
    Now sieve 1 cup of gram flour
    And add spices and salt
    Add grated cheese
    Mix together
    Now pop some oil in frying pan and heat up
    Fry the fritters on medium heat until golden brown
    Turning every few minutes so it cooked in all sides
    Enjoy with dips or salad
