This is coaching at it finest. He doesn't put too much pressure on his trainees and keeps things fun. He also personalizes each lesson. No two videos are the same! 👍🏻
The amount of quality content you have been pushing lately is just unbelievable :)) Please never stop doing these. Especially enjoy the drop shot and slice lessons with Holger
You can see see how much force she puts on each shot. I use to be that way but watching Patrick explain power has totally changed my game. Power is so much easier now 36 year old recreational player. First time playing USTA locally this year and 4-0 in singles and 1-0 doubles.
Its crazy that this player was able to get to the level she's at without a smooth wrist flick off the groundies, once she masters this flick...watch out!
love your video so much . thamk you for this priceless TIME excellent ! I would like to do a training course with your academy Is it possible even if I am an amateur?
Sir one question. If we let the wrist so loose and accelerate, how do we impart top spin if there is no stability at point of contact. This gives very less margin of error. Do you mean to say that despite being loose we have to ensure that at point of contact the wrist should be extended and not move? Only after point of contact the wrist should pronate and go upwards like the wiper? Because it feels like the stability of wrist is attained at the last moment just before contact. Even though it gives speed, for a recreational player like me it feels like we have to practice this a million times to get consistency. I am just an intermediate player and i understand that i cannot replicates everything you teach. Please let me know your thoughts
i am by no means a professional, but what I've come to understand by my own coach is that you keep it loose until the point of contact. that is when you resqueeze the racket to send the racket head forward into the ball. i hope this helps a little bit!
The use of a camera tripod or at least a pro gimbal would do wonders for your videos and increase subscribership. The shaky cam is likely pulling your viewership down.
The source of power is your hand???..you are stealing money!!!!!!..as your french coaches colleages say.." C'est un menteur, il copie sur les autres entraîneurs en particulier les parents qui sont entraîneurs. C'est un manipulateur, il ne connaît rien.
Very bad advice. Advise players to use wrist to generate power as opposed to trunk, legs, shoulder to generate power. No wonder so many people suffer wrist, elbow pain nowadays
Should be added this is for higher level players…your 4.0 and above….for the top 20%. Who have developed great timing, forearm strength etc. these are not beginner or intermediate level tips

Great coaching but why are the old videos (this was up 6 months ago) being uploaded as if new?
Hope your foot is getting better
I’d be surprised if pros agree with what he teaches, use wrist as the main power source.

You dont know who he is, right? Better research now.

Did you even listen to the advice? He was literally saying to do that…
Didn't the discussion start from an attempt to reduce stress on the wrist following the pain the player experienced?
