I like two things about the end. First, that Yuuka is relieved that the GDD finished in time, because just as in the story, she's actually always on their side... and Second, Yuuka has her own colored cushion in the clubroom lol.

The tiny details of this animation is simply amazing. between the first and the second development there are subtle differences. 1:13 In the second one Momoi’s revising her old ideas from the first 0:14. 1:38 Yuzu on the second one keeps changing the stats of the items for balancing, she didn’t on the first one. The second test button is much more worn out. Arisu dance more lol. idk what’s different in Midori’s place tho, maybe she draws faster?
This is so wholesome and adorable, especially when they were in the game world. So cute! (Though at first it didn't look like game Yuuka was wearing anything)
How does this man keep cooking bangers, now it's with my fav GDD doing their part to make the game, aris of course have the most important role of being the moral support.
So Momoi is the writer/director, Midori is the artist, Yuzu is the programmer/databaser, and Aris is the playtester/bugfinder. Not a bad dev team. Also having a dedicated playtester is goated.
You don't *need* to play the game per say, as the story (main and sidestories/events) are available on YT if that's what you're interested in. There's exclusive canon stories in the form of videos/shorts and comic panels from the official channel. Even an upcoming animation! Not that i want to discourage newcomers, it's a very good game and one that doesn't abuse your time, but it's still an investment.
@@migueeeelet Also you can go through the entire mainstory without arbitrary restrictions. It's like another visual novel with a game on the side. Character stories are a different story, but are usually self contained once you own the character.
five characters telling a complete story with no words. Classic boke and tsukkomi in the twins with the others providing perspective, Yuuka being the overlooming threat. Incredibly simplistic yet it becomes complex when juxtaposed to the overall world of Kivotos.

Midori enhanced her character/Item desing from her original version.
Also all the background club objects dancing to the beat with their own unique animation/tempo
Midori's work was good from the beginning! You can see in both cycles that she is also interpreting Momoi's doodles into things more sensible.
