I have the Turbo CVT for 15 months now. And I am really enjoying driving the Magnite. Very minor rattling from the co-passenger seatbelt side even after doing some off-roading for wildlife photography. Never disappointed till date.
Perhaps Nissan should have charged more for the top variants and included more sound deadening material. An aftermarket noise isolation job costs 25k to 50k depending on quality. If done by OEM, it would be much better quality without compromises.
It feels so good that I own a Datsun that has the 1.2litre petrol engine of Nissan Micra , one of the reliable engines built till date. Its been 8years now driving my go Plus , has the same pickup potential and fully down to stock condition. Now Nissan is only on the 1litre engines. But really man wat a solid engine they have !! The power & torque ratio amazing.
I disagree. Driving the turbo manual for 5 months now. I don't think there is any such vibration or negatives that you are pointing at. However, I can only vouch for the turbo petrol.
The NA is not as noisy as all these reviews claim to be. Even with poor isolation the engine is fairly silent at cruising speed as tyre noise is the only bothering factory, Since the stock audio is good, even that noise is livable.
@@ajitchinara3780not too noisy for me, i don't feel like i should do some aftermarkets..Its better than expected.Overall performance is good with turbocharged engine..
As an owner of nissan magnite, It does the work but honestly it is not comfortable to drive the pickup is very low and it feels like something is wrong even when its working properly… i regret buying it..
Well, even the Punch and Exter get better fit and finish than Magnite and Kiger.. And surprisingly, I felt Punch's engine to be more refined and less noisier than the Magnite and Kiger (BS6 2.0 Update) Well, what else can we expect from an entry level compact SUV 😅

Yes, the noise insulation could've been better.
Don't worry they will skip India soon😂😂

Thanks for sharing @user-dc7lp8cb8w. Could you be more specific? What do you feel is wrong?
Is non turbo sufficient for a beginner?
Using non turbo for 3 years, getting 20kmpl in high way with AC
Really enjoying it
3 cylinder engines vibrates due to there 3 cylinder arrangements which makes noise nothing a brand can do it's a matter of design not brand.
Not quite. There's a big difference in vibrations bw , say, 3 cylinders from Hyundai (refined) and Tata (unrefined).
Stiff suspension and the interior rattling is not a great combo for the long term..
Hence had to change my decision

Well punch is priced extremely higher than Magnite and Kiger
Bad word choice for the lack of sound and vibration dampening. I literally thought for a second why is it "incredible"?
Incredible simply means unbelievable RM!
