Day 09 ~ 30 Days of Yoga

Peace Family 😊 Today is day 9 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge. Today was all about expressing our creativity through our body movement. The intentions were to just freestyle & do whatever poses felt right for your body. I intended to only do a 10 minute routine but it turned into 20 minutes 😂 It was so relaxing! I look forward to seeing you guys tomorrow for day 10! 🧘🏾‍♀️
