I used to record with these way back in the 90's when I first started out. Yes, in the beginning they sound great with a very soft and roomy feel. But the sound degrades as you go further down the line adding effects. By the time you're burning to CD or making a WAV, the sound gets very small.
Sir,I am playing Yamaha F310 from last 1 year.And i dont think that it is only for begginers.it has great sound and also used by many professionals.I am just sharing my review And you are doing great work.

Actual relevant information! I'm a complete beginner. Was gonna buy this but i have huge hands and thus fingers that are almost twice as thick as others. Glad i watched this video.
Good review. One thing I would like to mention that there is a difference of feel between glossy and matt finish neck. The matt finish neck offers less resistance to hand to slide over as compare to glossy one. In short words the matt finish neck is better.

Yes I believe. Matt surface has less surface tension that is why it helps your hand to slide more easily as compared to glossy necks. I am an engineer as well as playing guitar since 1980. If u search on internet u will find many references on this specific topic. Due to this reason the guitar manufacturers mostly perfer to prepare matt finish necks.

I've been using this guitar for last 8 years and I have the pickup version... I don't understand why you say that its a beginner's guitar... I think all intermediate level stuff can be played very smoothly on this... Not to mention its very rough and tough guitar as well... I have mistakenly fallen it so many times but luckily no effect on pickup and the sound quality...
The sound tone of the pickup is also very smooth and easily the best when compared to other guitars in the same price range!
Someone playing for 8 yrs doesn't make a guitar an intermediate guitar. Neither does the ability to play intermediate stuff. When you will move to an intermediate level you will have other requirements that cannot be met with beginner guitars. That's what differentiates beginner guitars from others :)
@@AditsGuitarLessons - I am not trying to justify my playing skills nor am I saying that since I have played this guitar for 8 years that makes me an intermediate player... All I am saying is that this guitar is not just for the beginner's and it can satisfy the requirements for intermediate players too... If you are rating this guitar 7.5 then I would like to know which guitar do you recommend which is better then this in the same price range.

Great review. I recently bought the guitar and found it quite difficult to play it too, due to the neck width being small. Also, I felt like the the tension in the string is a bit high (for that string with lower gauge can be used.)
I think it's still a great guitar to practice on and acquire new skills. It sounds great too.

I think electric guitar is what beginners should get. F310 the strings are super hard, bending and barreing is very difficult. Gets demotivating. This needs to be action adjusted and probably the strings a bit thinner.
Don't get me wrong, I like the pain , but also want to be smart and not waste too much effort . Especially when I am 25+ years old. And learning online.
It's all about the quality sir,so knowing about the wood is really good 😊😊😊...thnx I thought it's all rosewood ,,,but it's not..🤷♀️🤷♀️

I have this guitar from almost 1 and a half year and in the price range upto 10000 it is one of the best guitar... Others contemporary are cort ad 810, fender sa 105, Epiphone dr 100...

Hey Adit ! I really like your channel and this review has helped me to analyze what could be other hinderances apart from the choice of guitar that can possibly arise while you try to learn guitar. You mentioned about the distance between strings and the dimensions of the palm (which is pretty natural and can't be altered). Is F 310 good for people having thick and slightly short finger which becomes a problem while reaching to E (6th) string as the e (1st) string sometimes get muted while playing chord progression? If not then which guitar brand you would suggest to avoid such problems?

Nice Video, btw the tuners are not diecast. Would like a video on "Cort AD810 vs Yamaha F310".Personally I have observed that Cort Ad 810 has a brighter sound, and Yamaha f310 has a light sound, no matter how hard you strum, you get a sweet/light music.

Sir can you suggest/review a good ( below 15,000 INR ) classical cutaway guitar?
Cz nylon strings are much easier to play than steel strings. Also I like the feel and sound of classical guitars more than the acoustic ones.
I am currently using f310 with nylon strings, but setup doesn't feel that good...
You can experiment with different strings on the guitar but generally the steel string acoustic guitars sound better with the steel strings and classical guitar with nylon strings. Lemme try to get some classical guitar for a review
