Thank you for sharing this video. It's taken 14 month to find the cabin filter!!! Some sites told me to look under the windscreen and I even took out the glove box previously but couldn't locate the damn filter!! Today I finally found the filter in the footwell area as suggested by yourself. Although a lengthy job as I had to unscrew a few extra bolts etc.. for the fuse box and wiring. It was very cramped but all sorted now with your kind video. Thank you 🎉😘
Hey, you somehow missed one seemingly unimportant part of the process. To get to the cabin filter flange, you need to remove the gas (accelerator) pedal first. For a total DIY beginner, this piece of information could be very important because it makes the whole operation a bit more difficult. Moreover, your video does not make sense without it as, at the beginning, you see all three pedals and next, when you take a close-up on the filter removal, the viewer can only see the gas pedal screws without any comment or explanation.
