very good tip George , I did the rework with a soldered jumper wire and it worked very well. The brake motor disable feature still works ! OTOH , the kick-start requirement is no longer available.
Hey, I tried the kick and go BS and after 3 days of messing with this scooter your video solved my problem. It might not be the "right" way but IT WORKED! Thank you!
Hi, this video is kind of old and I actually forgot what I did because I haven't viewed the video in a while. I think you're saying you want to use another relay as a switch instead of putting a jumper. Yes if you can fit the relay into the scooter then it should work but there would be a lot of wiring to do with positive and negative leads. If this is what you want to do, you can just put a toggle switch.
@@georgec7798 i was just wondering if it was possible cause i have done that with computer on a van to figure out problems i was having .. the esc in this vid i had got working then it fried so i ordered a cheap newer esc to work with brushed and brushless motors seems to be best solution ..thanks for the reply and the vid id rather fix bypass stuff to make it work or preform better ... buying new is last resort i believe in you can do anything if u believe you can and practice fail and learn how not to do things ...so try and dont give up do research and prevail

hypothetical wondering if you could wired /soldered another relay and essentially jumping the two with 3rd one to turn on off the two relays ?

Yeah I know what you mean, I hate spending money when I don't have to
Hi sir. I have the same issue in my razor scooter I have clicking sound as well so it means I need to change only the relay?
Will try this solution thanks.
Its supposed to click, its called a kick-start feature for safety
All I did was over volt with a 36v battery. Maybe it will work for you
