That nosecone looks fantastic! This time, the nosecone looks to be much more structurally solid. Just by watching this build as compared to the last nosecone build, I have far more confidence in this one lasting quite a long time. Well Done!!! I will say that I would have loved to see how the fiberglass got laid over and the epoxy resin was applied to the nosecone without the fiberglass getting wrinkled or kinked. 💯A+ craftmanship

Thanks! I have no doubt this nosecone will last the life of the rocket. Learned a lot on the first one.
I used a Soller Composites fiberglass sleeve to glass it. A 9” diameter as small as it would go and then overlapped with a 3” sleeve toward the tip.
