I don’t think (could be very wrong) there are many ways. I know I’ve always heard to rinse in cool water

Look for shampoo that says colour safe and wash with water as cold as u can take lol. The water temp makes a reeeal big difference. But red is a colour that's gonna bleed a lot tbh

It’s a cream sis! I would use them interchangeably. The Curlsmith bonding treatment is less harsh and in my opinion really good for maintaining hair health.
