Yeah... It's like your best childhood friend you meet after a loooong break and you always want to hear everything your friend has to say. Incredible track, definitely one of the masterpieces of all time.
The whole "Stella 1999 - 1992 - How Stella Got Her Groove Back (Vol. 1)" (the maxi single version) is pure diamond. Storm remix is also really awesome.
This is a tune that never leaves our minds it has got a great rhythm to it and when you hear a magnificent sound it never leaves your mind great piece of music let’s re live such good music from mr Colin Corcoran high street royal mile Edinburgh 🕺👍🏻👍🏻🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴👍🏻👍🏻💃
Boy this song was hard to find. Came across it while listening to an old casette tape taped off the radio in 1999 in London. The only clue I had was a voiceover part way through the song saying "friday night the essential selection on radio 1". Two weeks of intense detective work later I find a guy online who has playlists for every one of Pete Tong's essential selections from 1991 to 1999. It was the last song for Friday 26th February 1999. It's impossible to guess a title from lyrics with this kind of music, so am very grateful for those playlists! What an amazing song though, well worth all the work to find. 1999 was a great year for music.
Thank god we have Shazam nowadays. I first heard it on a German radio station (and yes: they played the full 13 minutes and then some of it!) and recorded it on tape. Then bought the CD-single and I still have that one.
Love the original but this remix is something else, Nalin & Kane’s best work in my opinion and they had a few belters! Soo many layers gloriously blended together it’s hard for me to think of a better Prog House track! Just sublime....
Before listening to this, I decided to listen to the original. I really liked both the original and this version. Definitely a unique remix compared to the original. Almost different songs, though with the trained ear you can hear the similarity.
unknown track id's in this mix Marko @ La Rocca On Sundays 09-05-1999 ua-cam.com/video/OLb1ImVptls/v-deo.html the tracks i’m looking for are played @ 09min @16min @ 22min @ 53min if someone knows
Got this as a promo in '98 and still playing it in my sets today. 20 years of pure bliss on the dancefloor..
A priceless 13 and half minutes to spend from your life. Magical!

It's absolutely incredible and IMO one of the best house tracks of all time.

К сожалению, ремикс от Storm меня разочаровал в свое время, от их набора семплев ждал большего😢

i guess I am kinda off topic but do anyone know of a good site to watch newly released series online?

@Jacob Sergio yea, been using FlixZone for years myself =)
@Jacob Sergio Thanks, I signed up and it seems like a nice service =) I really appreciate it!
@Elian Christian no problem xD
I grew up to this tune and since that day I first listened to it. That's when life got better forever
This was and is still pure club culture

If I recall correctly, this was played during Sasha's Essential Mix 30 May 1999! Glad you found it!

Nice review, unfortunately its not Prog house, its trance.
@@Digitahl Meh, semantics, it's proggy as far as I'm concerned. Getting too anal about genres is pointless.
@Digitahl it's also breakbeat at te start
It gives me goosebumps
This is definitely my favorite progressive trance track.
Dicovered it on Dave Ralph's "Tranceport 2" CD (Departures, track #2)
This is true
Same
This is definitely NOT progressive trance.
Love this version. Old N& K remixes always rocks!!
8:21 is probably my favourite moment in dance music history, on vinyl and loud, that synth hits you like a brick wall of soul. this tune is timeless.
Agreed brother.
Ooh yeah soo memorable that build up too
It is brilliant
Absolutely incredible track. They don't make them like this anymore. Thanks for posting it, can't find it in my vinyls.
WTF - 11,303 views? Insane. An overlooked and utterly neglected modern classic.
maybe it is because it is the remix. Which is of significant lower quality than the original.
@@tmca33 It's an amazing piece, but I like the simplicity of the original. My preference (sometimes) is that less is more.

Nalin and Kane =Top remixers
check Lustral Everytime...
Some people just don’t get it mate!! If you were a proper late 90’s/early naughties raver then you will... 🤷🏻♂️
Best Mix👍

Not many ways to spend a better 13 minutes of your life on this planet.

Perfect 👌
When that percussive synth drops back in at 10:53
GREAT
I have this on the Superfly label. I did a mixtape and only got about 5 songs on one side when this was included lol

WOW!
At 2:28 the fun starts for me
Beautfull power músic.
Delicious track, only minor nitpick would be that that beautiful main theme/riff only comes in the first time at 8:41...
come!

Gatecrasher Red. #ItWillAlwaysBeWithMe
The only remixes I bother with are the Moby ones and the one J&S did them selves.
I only bother with the original, J&S remix and the Moby remixes. This is crap in comparison.
WTF are you blabbering about? 😂 This remix is awesome!
