    Thanks for the video, it was really informative. The subaru jackstand really came to the rescue in helping me remove the 17mm bolts and removing a stuck rotor, i just had to get creative with the angles and using the cars body.

    When my SRS is on Brake light flashes and AT oil temperature light comes on? 2016 legacy 2.5 ? Any suggestions? Thx

    What thread the bolt to remove the rotor would be helpful.

      I believe they are 8mm x 1.25. I had a bunch from previous projects and they were in the bulk section at Tractor Supply

    Is that bolt to free up the old rotor, from the caliper assembly?

      You may not need that bolt. Just spray WD-40 around the axle hub. Tap the rotor around in several places with a hammer, and it should come loose. Only need that bolt if it is rusted and really stuck to the wheelhub. Also, you don't need two C-clamps, use the old pad against the cylinders, and push both at the same time. You should also lubricate the metal clips where the tip of the pad makes contact, and it slides along the clips. Also check and make sure the caliper pins (the ones with the rubber boot) slide easily in and out, and are not stuck.@@Subariblet

    Did u shave the rotors? Mine are actual LR .650 RR .643 ? Thx

      No. You can if you want but I’ve never done that in any new rotor. Just clean them with brake cleaner first.

    What size bolt for removing the rotor?

      I think it's an M8 bolt.

      Take the bolt that holds your brake line to the suspension and use that. Just don’t forget to bolt back down your brake line.

      Torque things back to spec to be 100% professional.

    Man how in the!?!!?! Pop the bracket on it just pops right on, I wish I could send ya a video of what I'm dealing with rn but that's not the case on this 52k legacy 😵 so simple of a job and I can't even put the pads in without beating on it with a hammer

      Good chance you didn’t push the piston back in enough on the caliper

      @@J7Noj lmao nah bra I'm taking trade school I'm not stupid, thanks for the reply tho. What happened was the pads were too big for the bracket due to design flaws, I sanded the hell outta both of the pads and they're mint now slid right in, dk why I should have to modify something I bought for a specific vehicle to fit but what can I say... my Impala never has that problem 🤷 get a Chevy and there's no headache

      @@J7Noj nah we went to the store told them the car and they bring ya the parts, ya can't really mess it up like that, either way wether they're right or wrong I sanded it down some more and everything works as it should so screw it, ya come to learn if it ain't broke don't fix it
