DONT BUY FROM HEY BIKE!!!!!! they use fedex and don't hold up any of the delivery dates. im on the 4th day in two weeks they said it would be delivered and not only will fedex not help me get my package but after calling heybikes phone number they tell me its not actually customer service and someone named kevin would call me back for customer service. its been over a week and no phone call or bike. ive included screenshots of the times it said it would be there "today". even a text from fedex demanding saying i have to be there to sign just for me to be told by fed ex actually maybe in another two days. customer service at heybike doesnt even exist. its all a money grab!!!!!
Have you received your bike yet? I looked upon this comment a few days ago and and mine is still shipping atm. Hope it all came together too because I've been concerned hoping i don't have to call CS to get parts and such.
Just a question. Have you had any weird issues with shutting the bike off. My horn and lights still operate when i turn the bike off. And last time when i folded it up once the battery disconnected from the other part, it sparked. I'm just not sure how to fully turn off the bike without causing that issue. I haven't folded my bike since. Just got it Monday also due to fedex.
Well it is a Chinese company. Everything nowadays is a money grab. Eventon bikes are much better and better quality as well. But lots of these ebike companies are Chinese owned.

I got mine within 4 days from California to Texas. I think the issue is with Fedex and not Hey Bike.
