Having “Pace Runners” I find makes a joke of the race.
It should be the runners own efforts that create the speed of the laps. Not a “Pace Runner”.
you're clearly not a track person. This isn't a championship race, runners here are trying to hit a qualifying time for world championships (which is extremely fast).
🙄 Every single runner out there is creating his own speed.
Even world record performances use pacers.

@@cryo9216how does marathon racing correlate to 1500 racing. There are a lot of 1500 elite runners who have never ran a marathon. Probably all 1500 elite runners have not.
