This is a really neat looking fly. What fish species would you target using this?

Depending on location and time of year it works really well for rockfish and lingcod, but will also work for coho in the sound. Thanks for reaching out!

How did you attach the head? What type of adhesive?

ok - i sat through the vid - pretty and lots of info to use - but the first articulated shank was - what? there to stop all the tie - ins from falling off.?...seems we could have cut a hook barb flush? to achieve the same then tie in the spider wire....? I am sure I am missing something but tying streamers now for pre spawn bass and double hooked mine... braid tail created articulation....

You could definitely do it that way. The shank does make a nice tie in reference with a reduced risk of fraying the Spider Wire. Great question. Comes down to personal preference and what works for you. Thanks for watching!
