Now THIS is hotdog chili! In the store, the other day, I read every name-brand hotdog chili can. Meat was never the first ingredient. Not surprising, water held that spot. They also use a lot of textured veg. protein. I've used TVP before, and have nothing against it, but not when I want MEAT chili! Not a beer drinker, but love to cook with it. As you said, it adds a nice depth of flavor. The meat is defrosting. Can't wait to get started. Thanks!
100% agree , Its always goin to be better to make real chili and have the star of the show be meat. I found that 80/20 beef blend helps fat content hold the chili together nicely and won't separate after heating to holding temperatures
Very innovative and creative! Salsa, beer, Italian seasonings, what’s not to like?! All other such recipes are good but, are hardly flavorfully unique. Your recipe is several notches higher and I can’t wait to try it!
My famous hot dog sauce is a chili! and i use cumin in my chili, and dogs! It not chili with out chili powder ~ My new chili dog meat is > A taco meat THE BEST EVER for tacos and chili dogs ~ its drier with more meat or a meaty chili ! I also invented a new hot dog. The dog that didn't know what it was! ITS between a taco, hot dog, and a hamburger. YUM Here we go. Things need Hamburger buns, onions, yellow mustard, and RED Franks. Take a package of RED Franks cut them down the middle, put them in a pot of boiling water, with beef bouillon and garlic. once cooked. Now take 1/2 of the fresh slice hamburger bun place 1/2 of the red frank in the middle press down into sling slice bun, " 1 BUN WILL MAKE 2 " OK. add your taco meat, onions, and mustard fold it up around a paper towel YUM > NO ONE CAN EAT JUST 1 ~ No WAY! I would highly recommend> ROOT BEER FOR A DRINK >> OMG ITS LIKE BEING IN HEAVEN
oh wow that sounds very interesting , have you made a video for it yet ? If not I would love to try it on my channel and see what kinda feedback it will yield
@@doingthingswithedubb5428 I've been cooking with beer to. Instead of water i replace water with Budweiser Beer. In my Stews, Gumbos, Batters, and things. Budweiser is a excellent cooking beer! If its age long enough, is a excellent drinking beer. Made things AWESOME YUMMY
I haven't done this yet. but instead of water, I'am going to try beer into my crab boil. instead of water for steam . A beer Steam That should put a lot of flavor into the crab Sound Yummy to me . I haven't tried it yet. Next one i'am going to try beer with

Yes try it out and if you like it spicy try adding some peppers of your choice minced
I’ve discovered that A1 Steak Sauce makes for a really flavorful ingredient with chili and would probably work well here, too.
Yes would definitely be a great replacement for the W sauce…. Also 57 sauce as well could do wonders
@@doingthingswithedubb5428 Yeah, 57 sauce…a great tasty idea! 👍👍👍. Or, as they say in Southern WV, a great “ideal.”
going to try this weekend
Let me know how it turns out for you , I’m here if you need additional pointers …. Be on the lookout for my bake bean hot dog video 🦾
Looks so good
Give it a try and let me know how you like it. I would suggest using your favorite beer and hot sauce to cater to taste
A lil advice: open ur can of tomato paste with a can opener, then stab the bottom with a knife, it'll come right out....
Hell yeah!!
