Amanda, I am so happy for you, and thank you for sharing this with us. Living with any illness is a struggle. I have Sickle Cell Anemia a blood disorder I was born with. It wasn't until 2006 that I got tired of not knowing how my illness affected me personally. We are taught in nursing school that our bodies are the same as in organs, how they should function as a whole, etc. However, with illness, though, the signs and symptoms of them may fit in a description in order to diagnose. I found out that just as you have expressed, it affects each person differently. I know others with Sickle Cell Anemia, and it is worse for them or not as bad. The breakthrough for me I learned was nutrition. I had to eat cleaner, more whole foods, less processed things, and sugar. I have my days, and things are changing as I get older and those female changes we go through eventually in life I struggle with every 5-10 years I have noticed as I am almost 50!!😅 But thank you so much despite your ups and downs for these videos and showing us how to make our houses, apartments, dwelling places a home. Thank you, thank you, thank you.😊❤😊
You are just so adorable and inspiring ❤️ I struggled from the time I was 16 and was finally diagnosed at 23 with ulcerative colitis. The doctors wanted to remove most of my Colon, and I was young and modeling at the time and did not want a colostomy bag, so I refused. Needless to say, I have suffered my entire life and ballooned up because I have been on extreme high doses of steroids almost non-stop. 2 years ago, when I had covid, the doctor put me on Ivermectin, and I went into spontaneous remission for the UC. It turned out that I never had UC. It was parasites called Strongyloides Colitis, and almost 50% of UC cases are actually misdiagnosed. It has taken the last 2 years to heal all the damage that was done, but I am still struggling to get the weight off. At 53, I am praying I will finally get to live life verses just survive it. You are an inspiration, I am glad you are using your platform to spread awareness and to not settle for Western medicine. One person I love to watch is Dr. Berg. I have learned a great deal from him and have been able to heal tremendously following his videos. He also recommends the same Clean Keto journey you are on. Much love from The Great State of Texas ❤
You are so inspiring and your story is very similar to mine. I am looking to start the beginning of my health journey. I would love some pointers on how to get started :) Would you be able to give a sample of what your weekly menu looks like including what times you eat during the day. That would be super helpful ❤
Can you think about doing a week of what you eat video, it would be so helpful to me to see what your week looks like. I also suffer with thyroid problems and these type of videos helps so much. I realize everyone is so different and each individual needs to find what works for them, but watching videos gives me new ideas.
Amanda, you can see your weight loss. You look amazing. I’m so happy u found something that works for you. You are a beautiful young woman inside and out. I’ve lost 70 lbs in the last year and feel so much better. And it is a journey. But worth it for our health. God Bless you. 🙏 Lorraine
I started swimming and changed my eating habits. I eat a lot of vegetables fish low carbs. I stopped binge eating and cut out salt. I usually eat only twice a day. Breakfast, crème of wheat or oatmeal. Skip lunch and have veg, fish or chicken no skin and very low carbs. Don’t eat nothing in between. If I do get hungry I will eat an apple or rice cakes . Nothing after dinner till the next morning. It has worked wonders.
I’m also doing low carb clean eating. I’m hypothyroidism when I had my thyroidectomy 14 years ago. My symptoms are almost the same as yours. Weight loss is probably the most frustrating one of them all. I see an endocrinologist that helps me so much. She’s my 5th one. And I have to travel at least an hour and half to see one. We don’t have one in our city. 😢 And I was told that I shouldn’t do clean keto because it will not maintain my levels. But low carb is highly recommended for me. It’s not a diet but a life style which is sustainable. I’ve lost 33 pounds in 5 months. I keep at it and also have free days. You must reward yourself!! I’m proud of you and me! Keep it up!!🥰
I also have Hashimoto disease for about 20 years. I am so glad that you are talking about it and what helps/ works for you. The tiredness with insomnia I can relate. I know others love to give advise but listen to your body and what works for you. You look amazing!!
Amanda, my heart soars hearing that you have found things to finally help you! I have followed your journey since the beginning of the Utah house days. I just want to take the opportunity to say you are SEEN and HEARD! To be able to continue to provide such a beautiful service to those of us here on your youtube community, while struggling with both your physical and mental health is such an amazing and selfless thing! You are strong and I am sure I speak for everyone here when I say, we are all grateful for you! Much love ❣
The Hashimoto's struggle is real. On 2/14/24, I started the Carnivore Diet, Beef, Butter, Bacon, Eggs & some Seafood (B.B.B.E.(S)) after watching Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Andrew Chaffee & many other Canivore Channels. This is basically a no/very low carb, no sugar, elimination diet. Within 2 weeks, my inflammation began improving, brain fog was lifting--I felt brighter, clearer, overall happier. Although the scale hasn't moved much in the past 90days, the inches are melting away. My husband had amazing results whereas due to my autoimmune issue, it's going to take me longer to reach my desired goals. My plan is to go from Carnivore, to Ketovore, then land on Clean Keto as a lifestyle change. I couldn't agree more that what works for one person, may not work for another. Bravo to all who persevere until they find what works for their body.
I am serious… I started keto about 3 weeks ago. I have thyroid issues too. All the things you mentioned, I’ve experienced. Inflammation has been debilitating! Depression and no energy. I hope you keep updating us and please share your recipes or what has or will be on your menu. Thanks Amanda, for sharing. 💗
Thank you for opening up about this. I have an auto immune disease too, and sometimes doctors aren’t very helpful. I love how real you are, and how willing you are to share info to help others. I’m sorry for the negative comments, because you truly are such a help to many of us.
I’m glad that you have found something to help your autoimmune disease . I pray that you feel much better. I enjoy watching your channel and following you on instagram. Much love and prayers on your health journey.❤
I couple of my friends have Hashimoto. I am going to share this Keto diet information with them. You look great and have such an energetic personality! Praying for your continued good health results, sweet lady.
I have Hashimotos along with other AI issues. For me Keto makes such a huge difference in how I feel physically and mentally. I’m so glad that you’ve found something that makes you feel better! Maria Emmerich has great cookbooks!
I have mostly been off the internet for months, and I just saw this video. I am shocked to hear you say that people can and do say unkind things to you. You are so sweet, calm, kind, and funny. You are so creative. Who knows what goes through others' minds, eh? I am so glad you found something that works for you. Best regards from Canada.
I've had Hashimotos for 30 years. In January of this year I started keto. I am down 25 pounds for the first time!! Would love a video with different meal ideas!
Thanks for sharing Amanda I too have Hashimoto’s. The struggle is real! 😏 Edited to say what works for you may not for someone else. No reason for nasty comments or judgment. To each their own, do what’s best for you at the end of the day.
absolutely agree!! the best thing we can do for ourselves & others is to be kind, and show support & compassion! im so sorry you've struggled with hashimotos too... any of those auto immune diseases are so tricky to deal with... I hope you have found something that helps you feel better too!
I said it over on insta and I;ll say it here too.. You look great! Ive been noticing your weight loss and been rooting for you.. I know you have been struggling and its good to see how happy this is making you,,, Keep it up Amanda!! You're doing SUCH a great job of taking care of your body...Peace and Love
Congratulations Amanda! Any time you are dealing with an Auto Immune Disease it is very difficult, finding the right physician is key but not easy. I am so glad you shared your experiences, it helps others more than you know! I always felt you look beautiful at any weight. Weight is the biggest struggle for most women for various reasons and issues. May you have continued success!
Amanda, TFS and being do open, vulnerable and inspirational with your health journey. I noticed for sometime not only that you dropped weight which you look amazing but you seem happpier with a burst of energy, more smiles than usual Friend. It makes such a difference to feel good and of course losing lbs if that's what you want is a bonus. So happy for you 💜👌🏽🙌🏽 I've been on a journey with eating n a low calorie deficit along with foods that are anti-inflammatory. I'm not strict but I do it bc of bloating. It has helped me and i feel so much better when im strict. If you are open to it, I would love a part 2 Q&A on your journey. Wishing you a lifetime of health and happiness. Looking forward to Monday's announcement. Thanks again Girl! Have a great holiday weekend! 😎✨️🌞
I also do not do well with dirty keto. When my husband and I went on keto together, it was the beginning of summer, and our garden was coming in. I lost 30 pounds in three months. My husband was a junk food junkie, and he lost about 50. In the fall, you just naturally eat more carbs because of the cool weather. I tried adding in the keto bread from the store and other keto foods and stopped losing. Clean keto is the only healthy keto, especially people like us with Hashimotos. Skinny is nice, but nothing compares with feeling good and having your energy back.
Would love to see food haul/what you eat in a day/week that has helped ease your symptoms. Making changes seems so overwhelming but a little visual examples would be great
Thank you for sharing your story. I have a under active thyroid. It really sucks especially when it gets out of wack. You look absolutely beautiful! ❤️
Hello beautiful girl I flipped thru saw you and instant smile on my face! You are such a joy Amanda 🥰 I hope you realize how very special you are!!! Love from Michigan.. Traci
Thank you so very much for sharing your journey in such an honest and kind of raw way. Firstly I want to send you the biggest hugs Amanda. Roller Coaster is kind of an understatement of the ride you’ve had. I was diagnosed IBS about 12 months ago not only is Low Fodmap Gluten and Lactose free I can’t eat garlic or onion- those are the things I miss the most. The list goes on from there with most fruit being on the no list and mushrooms. So those are the things I miss second. The up and down weight and symptoms are either making you angry or depressed inside and outwardly your like I’m fine how are you? Not easy at all. It’s so lovely to see the beautiful glow your skin has and the positive serenity that radiates from you now. Biggest congratulations for your dedication and perseverance in conquering this struggle. You are an example and roll model to us all on how not to let a health struggle win or beat you. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. You totally rock. Well done on your totally amazing achievement. Xxoo No 1 fan 🇦🇺
When you posted this I started spending daily at the hospital with my husband who was in there all the way to June 4th and the to rehab until June 28th. He has only been home since then. Crazy journey
I'm so glad you are finding some relief to feeling healthier and losing weight to stay healthy and feeling better. Praying it continues for you and keep listening to your body good job!
Thank you for sharing your journey and being so open. I also have Hashimotos Hypothyroidism and the struggle is real everyday. The frustrations with finding the right medicine, the right doctor, and the right way of eating is also hard.
Thank you for sharing it is bringing my thoughts in a totally different direction for my own health. A week of meals is a great idea and also what you feed the rest of your family while having to cook for yourself individually. Looking forward to your big news next week. 😉
Hi Amanda, I watch your This Crazy Life channel and I've noticed you have lost weight and knew the Keto was helping you. I have Graves Disease which is the opposite of Hashimoto's .. I have had the radio active Iodine and had my Thyroid abated. I tend to go Hyper and Hypo. I was on Keto and fasting for two years and felt the best I ever have. I have been off the last two years entered a new relationship and wasn't mindful and thinking ohhh it won't hurt... and the weight has come back and I've had the joint pain , muscle pain. I've ordered the books you have recommended. I need to get back on track to feeling better and doing what is best for me. Thank you for your Channels and the motivation you give, you are appreciated. I do wish people that dont' have nice things to say would just pass on by... My Mum always said if you don't have anything nice to say... say nothing at all ~ Please keep you sunny ~smile~ and positive Motavation for its so needed... 💕🌞🌸 Didi
Well done, Amanda!!! I noticed your weight loss, and it's nice that you're sharing your story. Im struggling with weight loss since having my last child. Had blood tests, and it shows my thyroid is working very hard to function. I've been told to stop worrying about losing weight but start exercising to help get the good endorphins and continue eating healthy. I will get another test done in 3 months. Tfs ❤
So happy for you that you have found what works! You look amazing and healthy. Thanks for sharing your story and the keto recipe books. I'm definitely going to try them.
Hi Amanda! I am sorry it has been so difficult to get answers but so happy to hear that you got some answers and found something that works! You look amazing!
I'm so happy this way of eating has helped you. I know the frustration of not losing weight and whole foods along with no snacking has helped me to lose. You look great!!
Hi Amanda!! First, I LOVE your channel and your content. I’ve been a subscriber for years. Second, I just wanted to say that I fully believe in the ‘take a few day break’ approach! I’ve struggled with my weight basically all my life and I’ve applied several different ‘approaches’ (keto, WW, macro focused, calorie focused, pescatarian, intermittent fasting, etc) and I’ve had a lot of successful phases along the way. SEVERAL times when I’ve hit a plateau and can’t get anything to work, I would take just a day or a few to pause and then start back at it. I swear it works just about every time. I now call it the ‘zipper’ effect. When your zipper gets stuck, what do you do? You try going backwards slightly to get some momentum again. I can’t explain the physiology of it other than maybe it just gets your body’s attention again after getting too used to a pattern. Anyway, I’m so happy for you! Congrats!
Congratulations!!!❤ I have never had any weight issues until the last 3 years and I am 37. Now I am struggling, and looking for ways to help! Thank you for you input. I have watched and enjoyed you and your content for years!!
I’ve been noticing your weight loss since February, but I really noticed in your last video how much more energetic/perky you seemed and I was really happy for you. I hope you continue to feel great, I know how it is to struggle with a chronic condition. ❤
Congrats to you Suga - so proud of you!! It's important to take control of our own health...You are beautiful inside and out Amanda...I'm so glad something is working for you!
Thank you so much for sharing this! I also have hashimoto's and it really is such a roller coaster. When you said that you were always so tired but had insomnia and couldn't sleep it was like you had jumped into my head with that and so many other things you said. I know others suffer from it but hearing you speak into the world things I've been suffering with was really so helpful! Thank you for sharing what had helped you, I think I'm going to try that again. I always feel so good on keto it's just the starting and staying on it. Any way thank you so much for sharing! Gives me so much hope!
You are so precious! I really appreciate you being open and using what you have gone through and are going through to help others.❤ I loved this video ♥️♥️♥️ it’s crazy how following you for so many years makes me feel I know you a bit and I hold you and your family up in 🙏🏻 prayer! Hugs
Thank you SO very much Amanda for sharing. And yes it is overwhelming on what diet to do when searching all the videos. I really appreciate your input. Thank you again for sharing and Good Luck on your continued Health Journey. Many Blessings 😊
Taking a pause is what I’ve been doing as well, for 1-2 days and then back on keto. Later on, you might have to trick your body, because your body gets used to the ”schedule”. I prolonged my fasting to 36-40 hrs and the weight literally fell off. You are doing GREAT Amanda!! Proud of us! We can do this! So far I have lost 66 lbs since January 29th. Still have 20 lbs to go. My energy levels are through the roof and I sleep so much better. Loving life atm. Much love from Sweden ❤️❤️
No matter what happened to you Kayle stayed with you all these while. This is the biggest blessing. A few of the home-making UA-camrs have divorced and their lives changed their content changed. Their videos now exhibit depressing messages and it’s so sad to watch their videos now. 😢
Thank you for sharing your story. My thyroids glands are enlarged and I’ve had to have a biopsy done which thank God came back normal but my doctor didn’t say anything else about it except “let’s keep an eye on them every 6months. I’m going to make an appointment to ask about hashimoto. I appreciate you for this. Can you share a week of what you eat and also what kind of exercise (if any) You’re doing amazing! I’ve been following you for a few years now and you’re my favorite UA-camr. Thank you!
So happy to hear you found something that works for you!! Yes, I find us women sometimes have to work harder to figure out what is wrong. In 2017 I had surgery and went through so much to figure out what was actually wrong (surgery didn't 100% work). I am still working through foods that work for me and foods that don't. It is a journey, and I can't wait to see where yours ends up, with the weight loss!!
Thank you for sharing your story with your followers, I wasn’t aware of your struggles. My 29 yr. old daughter developed pretty bad anxiety and depression after 8th grade and ended up homeschooling for all of high school, shortly after that she began dealing with psoriatic arthritis and also PCOS. I feel for anyone that deals with any kind of chronic health issue as it takes a toll on the whole family. It sounds as if you are finally in a good place with Keto and are at least seeing results and feeling better. Take care! 🥹
You're so sweet. I'm glad you're feeling better. I felt better doing Keto, too. My husband didn't. Thank you so much for sharing! I will look into buying one of the cookbooks. 😊
I’m happy that you found something that helps. You are so sweet and pretty. I pray you can continue feeling well. I’m going to look for more info. I’m kind in a similar position as you were. TY! 💕
I am so happy for you! My weight had been a struggle for years. I changed jobs and weight became a non issue, however, as I age losing weight became much harder
Please bring more videos like this! Maybe some what you eat in days. I am on the same road and it would be really helpful to see more idea and strategies on this topic!! Thank you for sharing!
This resoundated so much for me. My weight gain pushed me into prediabetes. I am not into fad diets at all. My Dr really pushed me into clean eating only and started on Ozempic. I am now not a diabetic and have lost 72 lbs. She is not the type of Dr that treats with drugs first at all. She is very holistic with her approach. I with you all the very best health and am inspired by your story! Be blessed!❤❤
I’m so sorry you are going through this. You are so beautiful inside and out! I have also lost almost 40 lbs. I am doing the E2M fitness It works sooo good. I am praying for you❤️
You go girl! I am so happy for you. Keto has been such a game changer for so many people and has helped me so much as well. I follow Maria and Craig Emmerich and have almost all of their cookbooks. She is a genius with her recipes. I am so glad you are feeling better and wishing you continued success.
I did intermittent fasting after having my first kiddo and lost 20lbs in like 3 months super easy. With the second it’s been harder to stick with, but you sharing has gotten me motivated again!
I've seen the difference in you over the past month or so. I think you look great and you seem so much happier! I'm happy for you and I hope it keeps working for you. Love you and your channel and always will! 😀😀❤❤
Amanda, I feel you. I've been on thyroid meds for 45 years. I've struggled with my weight for years. So happy you have found something that works for you. ❤
I feel for you Amanda. I’m a thyroid cancer survivor. My early symptom was weight loss down to 125 lbs. I wonder now what exactly that was. I’m glad you have finally found something that is working for you, that’s a huge blessing in and of itself. Please continue to take care of yourself and we will be here for you along your journey. I’m glad you are eating vegetables along with the protein too.
I feel you, Amanda. I have hypothyroidism. Even though my number are in range, I constantly have symptoms. It’s a never ending battle. So happy you found something that works for you!! ❤
I'm smiling because you're smiling! I'm about 20ish years older than you and I have found that IF is the answer for me. I've lost 60+ pounds. I focus on clean eating too. Resetting every 10-14 days is important because our bodies become efficient with the energy we give it. It was hard to understand at first because I feared free falling but I actually just re-commit to the process. So good to see you in a good place Amanda!
I’m so so happy that you have finally found something that works for you both mentally, physically and emotionally and I’m sorry you also have to deal with trolls and keyboard warriors, please don’t waste your time reading their comments, some people thrive on bringing people down. Remember you have done amazingly, you’re in a good place and don’t need that negativity to bring you down. I’ve followed you for quite a few years and I love you guys so much, just keep being you! I have an author I follow and she has just recently been diagnosed with hashimotos so I’m going to send her the link to this videos ❤❤
I’m so glad you have found something that works for you. You look amazing. I just can’t understand why people need to make rude comments. Thank you for being vulnerable and willing to share your story. I’m sure this will be very helpful for a lot of people.
I’m so interested in this. I’ve had thyroid issues for years but recently diagnosed with Hashimotos and the weight gain, lethargy and depression is real. PLEASE share your food selections! Help us! And, you look marvelous!
I recently watched one of your videos from your Utah home, and I can definitely see a big difference. You have such a healthy glow! I'm so glad you found something to work for you! You look great! Happy Memorial day weekend to you and the family ❤
Oh my gosh! You’ve described what I’ve been going through the last 5 to 6 years! I was officially diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in early 2020 but a year before that I was diagnosed with “subclinical hypothyroidism” by a western med dr. I probably was hypo for 5-10 years before that with Drs thinking my high normal tsh was nothing. They ignored my complaints and symptoms. Mostly thinning hair, gaining weight, being exhausted and needing naps during the day, anxiety, heart palpitations, joint pain ect. The list goes on, I felt like I was 80 in my 30’s. I did get some help going to a naturopath but only so much. She did give me the proper meds, but I was still gaining weight slowly and still had thinning hair and some exhaustion and depression though not as extreme. My new naturopath has being working with me and is paying attention to my symptoms rather than ignoring them and we are trying some diet modifications and supplements as well as gentle exercise as too much intense exercise crashes my adrenals as I also have adrenal fatigue. It’s an uphill battle for sure. The weight feels impossible to lose, especially when I’ve probably further damaged my metabolism by the restrictive diets previous drs recommended (1000 calories is way too little but was recommended by a western med Dr😢) Anyways, I’m trying to do it right, and I’ve been increasing my protein intake and lowering carbs and no processed foods. I’ve also incorporated Pilates and walking for exercise and for the first time in years, I’ve started to lose weight. Crossing my fingers it continues. I wish Drs knew more about Hashimoto’s and didn’t dismiss us or put us on one med that may or may not work.
An additional thought for living with chronic illnesses: I received a lot of benefits from water aerobics. I used the hot tub to lay in (without bubbles) to loosen up, then in to pool for an hour of stretching et all, then to hot tub with bubbles to work specific areas. I'm so jealous of your pool & hot tub! 🙂 In addition, work around the weather and your schedule: some days I went at 10am and some days I went at 6:30. Continued Success to you!!!
I’m so happy for you and that you found something that works for you. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is a rough and tough disease that not many people understand the struggle. My daughter was diagnosed 2 years ago and it is a struggle to figure out what makes one feel better. Many don’t understand the disease.
Thank you for sharing your Hashimotos health struggle and the eating plan that is working for you. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 1996. After many years of depression, anxiety, weight gain and insomnia, I finally sought out a functional medicine clinic in 2023 where I was diagnosed with Hashimotos. I am feeling better with the treatment prescribed, but still struggle with weight loss. I will have to check out these cookbooks and try consistent intermittent fasting. I’m happy you are feeling better.
Hi Amanda, I too have hashimotos so I understand what you've gone through huni. It's not easy by any means to find that balance to make our daily diet work for our bodies. You are looking fabulous and very happy and healthy. Keep doing what your doing sweetie cos your definitely winning the battle. God bless you and your beautiful family. Michelle UK 🇬🇧
I have Hashi's too. Since being on Carnivore I have been feeling soooo much better. Weight is falling off and my mood is much improved. You look great!
You look amazing!!! I’m very happy that you are feeling much better ❤ I had recently find out about having low thyroid myself and I know how hard it is to feel so sick, low energy and my hormones were all over the place, but the doctor gave me medicine and I am finally feeling much better ❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing your story with us!! I am so happy for you that you found something that works for your body!! I wish you all the best on your health journey!!❤❤❤
So happy for you, Amanda! Your health is so important. You are beautiful but your health is key. We adore you. ❤ Keep in mind that carb cycling while on Keto is very helpful when you hit a plateau. Also, be mindful of perimenopause. It can begin so much earlier than we realize and women can go through perimenopause while still having periods. I bring this up because I have PCOS and learning lots about having an auto immune disease and being in perimenopause. There is so much to learn and doctors aren't talking about it and the connection to weight loss. We have to educate ourselves. That's why sharing. Much ❤️!
Congratulations girl! So happy that your feeling so much better. Hopefully it keeps on for you. Thanks for sharing about your journey. Please share what your eating. Can’t wait for more.
I am also struggling with thyroid issues...different than yours but still a struggle. I had half my thyroid removed 6 years ago and everything was ok until 2022. So I've been on the dr to dr train and it's exhausting. I've gained weight but not hungry at all so not eating much but what I do eat is nutritious. No energy...hair thinning...itchy skin...freezing all the time even in hot Summer...insomnia...all the things. I've even gone to specialists. Next dr appt is end of June so hopefully I can get some answers. Thanks for showing those of us still struggling to not give up. You are an inspiration 💜💙💚💛🧡
I still have my whole thyroid, but a lot of your symptoms match mine. I started working on insulin resistance and it has helped some. Depleted some nutrients so trying to fix that now, but my eyebrows startedregrouping, hair is thickening up, etc. ,

Amanda, I am so happy for you, and thank you for sharing this with us. Living with any illness is a struggle. I have Sickle Cell Anemia a blood disorder I was born with.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
You are so inspiring and your story is very similar to mine. I am looking to start the beginning of my health journey.
I would love some pointers on how to get started :)
Would you be able to give a sample of what your weekly menu looks like including what times you eat during the day.
Yes please!!!
This would be very helpful
I would love this.
I would also love this for a video ❤
Yes will be so helpful please ❤
Amanda, you can see your weight loss. You look amazing. I’m so happy u found something that works for you. You are a beautiful young woman inside and out. I’ve lost 70 lbs in the last year and feel so much better. And it is a journey. But worth it for our health. God Bless you. 🙏 Lorraine
How did you do that? I am struggle and I cant lose weight at all
Tell us your tips!!
Congratulations, Amanda! For someone who suffers with health problems, when you find something that truly helps, it's a true miracle! ❤
Much love ❣
So well stated 🤗
YESSSS 👏👏👏 doing the exact same
I am serious… I started keto about 3 weeks ago.
I’m sorry for the negative comments, because you truly are such a help to many of us.
look into carnivore ketovore. The life transformation stories are amazing
I’m glad that you have found something to help your autoimmune disease . I pray that you feel much better. I enjoy watching your channel and following you on instagram. Much love and prayers on your health journey.❤
Thank you so much for sharing a lot people don't want to say how they lost the weight, your Awesome Amanda for helping us ❤🙏🏽❤️
I couple of my friends have Hashimoto.
You look wonderful Amanda!! I’m so happy you found something that is working for you now!! Continued success on your health journey!!🥰
Ahh thanks Ann!! It’s felt like such a blessing to finally find something that’s pretty manageable and works for me 🥹
I'm so glad you have finally found something that works for you! Your so down to earth & sweet.
Thank you for sharing. You do look like you feel so much better and 36 lbs is fantastic! Inspiring me to go back and try keto again
Would love to see food haul/what you eat in a day/week that has helped ease your symptoms. Making changes seems so overwhelming but a little visual examples would be great
I'm so happy you've found something that works! Can't wait for the big announcement!
Traci
Ahh! You are so sweet & your comment means A LOT! Thank you!!!💗 I’m so happy you’re here!
Thank you for sharing!!! You look great! I know you’re helping someone out there. Love your channels. ❤
The frustrations with finding the right medicine, the right doctor, and the right way of eating is also hard.
thanks for sharing Amanda. You look amazing lovely. Don't let the haters get you down.
Congrats!
Congratulations!!!❤
I have never had any weight issues until the last 3 years and I am 37.
Now I am struggling, and looking for ways to help! Thank you for you input. I have watched and enjoyed you and your content for years!!
I am so so EXCITED for you Amanda. You are looking great and even more important you are feeling better. Yay!!!! Can’t wait for the announcement 🙌
I’m so happy for you feeling much better, Amanda .
I'm so happy you have found something that is working for you.Thank you for sharing.Health struggles are real.
Congratulations Amanda, so happy that you have found a diet that is helping with your Hoshimotos condition. You look so happy and healthy. 💕
Hi Amanda! I have Hashimoto's, too. Can you please share more info on your daily meal plans?
Take care! 🥹
So glad you're feeling better...the weight loss is just a bonus. With three active boys you need to feel good! Congrats!
So glad you are feeling better!
So glad you have found something to help you feel better. Good for you for finding out what works best for you and d your body & health.
Your sweet Bye guys makes me smile every time at the end of your video. Keep doing what you are doing. You ate very inspiring with your sweet spirit.
Please bring more videos like this! Maybe some what you eat in days. I am on the same road and it would be really helpful to see more idea and strategies on this topic!!
Thank you for sharing!
You’ve inspired me. Thank you I needed this.
Thanks for listing the cookbooks. I ordered both today and I’m looking forward to seeing changes and keto has worked for me in the past.
I am doing the E2M fitness
It works sooo good.
Amanda, you look fabulous & I'm so glad to hear that you're feeling good too! I did well on Keto & IM too. You're inspiring me to get back on it! 💗
I did intermittent fasting after having my first kiddo and lost 20lbs in like 3 months super easy. With the second it’s been harder to stick with, but you sharing has gotten me motivated again!
You’re such a sweet human..so good to hear you found a solution. It was a long road for you. ❤️
I’m so happy for you that you found something that really works for you you have always been beautiful inside and out always have loved your videos ❤️
So happy that you found something that has helped you! Blessings on your continued journey. Love your videos and can’t wait for your exciting news. 🫶🏽
What a great video! Thank you for all of the perfect information!! You look great!!❤
Amanda Happy Saturday! Omg so glad your posting a video on a weekend thank u 😊
So happy for you! Happy to hear and see you in a better place. 🥰
Thank you for sharing your story with us!! I am so happy for you that you found something that works for your body!! I wish you all the best on your health journey!!❤❤❤
So happy for you, Amanda! Your health is so important. You are beautiful but your health is key. We adore you. ❤
Keep in mind that carb cycling while on Keto is very helpful when you hit a plateau.
Depleted some nutrients so trying to fix that now, but my eyebrows startedregrouping, hair is thickening up, etc. ,
So proud of you!!!! Enjoy your success!!!
Congrats Amanda 👏. Glad it was finally figured out..but you still work on what works for you. 😊❤
