I agree with Tom Lenk and Danny Strong that the Buffy Trio isn't lame. They're somewhat incompetent. But they aren't lame. They're cool fictional villians.
@@booksarebest363 Only on the second time watching? Jonathan and Andrew are my precious little beans. I still loved Andrew after he killed off Jonathan. He's got the power of cute nerds!

Anya did kinda explain what was going on. She needed to get them out or they'd be killed. And when he didn't believe her, she showed him the magicks are real. But, he just dashed.
Xander left Anya at the altar, devastating her. D’Hoffryn, who was invited at the wedding, decided to give grief-stricken Anya her powers back, so she became a Vengeance Demon again.

Doesn't quite work that way either. Anya's wishes have to be in Vengeance. Jonathan or Andrew would first need to make a wish Anya's willing to grant (i.e. one that doesn't harm Willow). And she'd have to think of a means of making that wish work.
@@midnightbacongaming7039I think the show implies that vengeance demons *could* grant a wish for anyone, but they usually target people who seek revenge for the same reasons (Anyanka for women scorned, Halfrek for abused and neglected children). I don't think there's any reason that Anya couldn't grant a wish for a man, other than that D'Hoffryn would probably be mad if she used her powers for something only tangentially related to her actual work.
They very much were, just not directly. They didn't kill Tara. But they worked for the man that did, helping him get to the point where Warren *could* kill Tara. They wanted to be villains and Tara's death with the result. That's all Willow needed to know.
@@LeoP2008 But Warren was already crazy from the beginning before they formed the trio and the villain thing was mostly his idea, both Andrew and Jonathan thought of it as a game with no killing untill Jonathan snapped out of it and realize how serious and far warren went after he tried to rape his ex and killed her. I love how anya delivered the news of warren like a regular conversation
lets be honest aside from andrew who would miss him?
Crisis time is no time to whine and cry and panic. You can deal with your emotions after. It doesn't help anything and tends to make things worse.
I realize I am kinda off topic but do anyone know of a good site to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Aaron Bryan try flixzone. Just search on google for it :)
@Otto Louis yup, been watching on Flixzone for since march myself :D
Even tho Anya is a vengeance demon she’s also a hero too during the Dark Willow storyline on season 6 according to Jonathan and Andrew and Giles.
2:04 "Lady, keeping these guys behind bars *is* my job!"
You ever wonder why Joss Wheadon chose to keep Andrew alive and kill off Jonathan who has been around since Season 2.
Would have been such a great end for Jonathan not killing himself but making the sacrifice for the whole world
He was probably going on to do something else
Cause that is good writing. And Jonathan is back in season 7 anyway.
andrew the goat fr
Just imagine hearing willows scream at night
Cool! This used to be my favorite show.

Ready Player Two why doesn’t that work on my nieces and nephews?!

Is it weird that watching Buffy through a second time has made me have a small crush on Andrew?

Yep! Though canonically not the same character, but the actor Tom Lenk.

honestly, should have just let Willow kill em all. Most annoying characters ever.
