Gertrud Sohler, education professional Bharata Natyam dancer in Chennai, Gertrud Sohler did her first 3 years Teacher Training Course in 2000 in Ayurveda Yoga. From 2008 she got associated to the wellknown Yogamaster R. Sriram who is a direct student of the Yogaacharya Krishnamacharya and his son Desikachar. She got trained in Yoga Philosophy, Yogatherapy, Pranayama, Yoga with Children, Mantra recitation. She is a member of the Yogateacher - Association “Yoga Weg” founded from R. Sriram to hold up the Tradition of Krishnamacharya Yoga in Germany. Since 2013 she runs her own Yoga school “Your Space - Yoga and more” in Augsburg, Germany. Since 2002 she is a committed heartfulness practitioner and since 2013 she is also heartfulness Trainer.
Your space - yoga and more is a space where people can find different stils of Yoga, as well as other related programs, like pilates, dancetherapy etc., which will lead people to more awarness of body, mind and soul. The institution was founded in 2013 from Gertrud Sohler and moved 2023 into the new premisses.
This 2024, join the Youth Unite movement dedicated to empower a fresh wave of youth pioneers who are committed to shaping their own futures and making a positive mark.

"YOGA for Unity and Well-being - 100-day towards IDY" is a
comprehensive Yoga program launched on 14th of March 2021. The program is free and runs for 100 days prior to the International Day of Yoga(IDY).
Yoga for Unity aims to unite all Yoga Institutions to preserve and promote yoga practices and philosophy across the world and make them accessible to one and all free of cost.
