I have the whole house to me at the moment and in today's video, I show you what I eat in a day when i'm not filming, or when I'm not eating left overs from my film days. As I was editing this video I realised barely had any veggies that day - next time, next time i'll show you that i do in fact, actually eat vegetables.

If you want running yolk, my fail safe method. Fresh Eggs into COLD water and heat up. When you see water starting to boil, set timer for 3min 30 seconds. If eggs coming out from cold fridge, add 10-15 seconds. Works every single time!

Cooking the egg in the middle of the pan separate from the rice is a game changer! Can't believe I've never tried that before😅🤦♂️
I like doing so as well coz' I can have some fried egg bites and the liquid egg may wrap the rice...actually the 'well' gives a space for frying the ingredients before i mix them with the rice.
I think that's the Cantonese way of doing it.
4:15 I lovvvve super foamy milk! I remember when I was a kid having a Kids Fluffy at the central library cafe. Yum. You usually got one marshmallow with it, sometimes you got more depending on who served you.

Your wonton and noodles looks amazing. Sometime simple recipes are the best. Funny, you use the same ingredients for your breakfast as I use for lunch (toasts, avo, smoked salmon,...). The only difference is I am too lazy to prepare something nice like you did. I eat each ingredient one by one 😁!

I love Chinese vinegar as well a lot but I never really eat it with Fried Rice.

I eat the same HK egg noodles noodles dry too! I just mix it with Lao Gan Ma chilli oil. Also are your orange and blue bowls from Japan City?
Oh I added lao gan ma chilli oil too! It’s sooo good, goes well with noodles and dumplings 😌
