This song was the only reason I wanted to watch this movie as a kid. Snow Miser seems so cheerful and nice at a glance but would leave you cold with the cruelest pranks if he doesn't get bored of you and just gives a cold shoulder. Heat Miser looks like a hothead but be a guy you warm up to after a while. He seems outwardly antagonistic but he's just as hammy as his stepbrother.
I love how the Misers are both hot and cold literally & _figuratively!_ Snow Miser is so chill & relaxed while his brother is short tempered and very touchy! ❄🔥♥

While the Miser Brothers are complete opposites and despise one another, they have one thing in common, however. What's actually awesome is that, thirty-four years after this, when they did A Miser Brothers' Christmas, George S. Irving reprised his role as Heat Miser at the age of eighty-six, along with Mickey Rooney returning as Santa at eighty-eight-years-old (sadly, Dick Shawn, the voice of Snow Miser, passed away thirteen years after this special from a heart attack while on stage).

2:56 Aww, his little "thank you" is adorable. It’s so genuine.😊
He seems like he rarely is nice to them. at the start they're digging and doing slave labour while snow mister is just chillin with the homies
Babe..I hate to tell you this, but you’ve just been gaslit into thinking thts a nice man right there😂
@@amazinglyamara7850 okay, yeah, fair point.😅
This was my favorite part of the movie. I love Snow Miser and Heat Miser. And I learned eventually it was my dad's favorite part when he was a kid too. Their songs are great and their rivalry is absolutely hilarious. And I love how frightened they were when Mrs. Claus said she was going to tell Mother Nature. Basically "You're being bad I'm telling your mommy" lol
This part and "Blue Christmas" is my favorite. Literally if I'm going to watch the movie I cannot miss these scenes.
You’re thinking exactly what I’m thinking. My dad thinks the same way and this is definitely my favorite part of the movie
Since their songs are nearly identical, I wonder if that means they both copied from a single source: _“I'm Mrs. Mother Nature…”_
Jim Carrey and Danny DeVito would be amazing in these roles.
Now THAT’S an inspired idea
Pretty funny that both of them played Batman villains during the 90’s.
@@AndersLindroth And Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger) enjoyed this song.

0:34 he's a spinning snow king❄️☃️
This song was the only reason I wanted to watch this movie as a kid. Snow Miser seems so cheerful and nice at a glance but would leave you cold with the cruelest pranks if he doesn't get bored of you and just gives a cold shoulder.
Heat Miser looks like a hothead but be a guy you warm up to after a while. He seems outwardly antagonistic but he's just as hammy as his stepbrother.
Not stepbrothers. They are bothe the children of Mother Nature, along with all the others at the table.
Thanks for the puns thrown the there,
Genuinely, these two are the only parts I remember from this movie. They’re both just so iconic

You realize all of us are seeing this, a song from a Christmas movie, in MAY.
yes, i can't get away from this video
Your right
Well, it relates to me and my older brother’s relationship. I use the miser brothers and imagine them as us. Me being snow miser, my brother being heat miser.

Every Christmas eve along with every other Rankin\Bass classic. Not Christmas withoyt them.

You gotta love that drag on the trombone in the music "da da da daaaaaaaaa da" sounds like trash when you're learning it but when used right it's sick
Nothing like a good trombone drag.
I like when it roars after Heatmiser says "I'm Mr. 101."
I was so obsessed with this song as a kid omg 😂
I find it weird that Snow Miser’s song has a faster tempo than Heat Miser
thats kind of the point, hes the more friendly brother, so he makes his song high tempo. heat misers a more scary one, so his is low tempo
MixError Gameplay just that cold stuff normally means slower while faster means hotter
I think of it as you try to run to stay warm in the cold so fast pace and you try to relax in hot weather so slow pace
Heat mister is like a volcano while snow mister is like wind. Wind fast and chilling while the volcano is not fast as all.
it fits with the characters persona idk why that’d be weird.

My six year old granddaughter just showed me this clip. Brought a smile to my face as I remember both watching this cartoon as a child myself and with my children when they were younger. While the Miser Brothers are complete opposites and despise one another, they have one thing in common, however. Looking at all the great comments here, they both have the ability to bring the child out of adults and continue to make us laugh. Merry Christmas everyone and never lose the childlike wonder.

Pros of being cold: can create stuff out of snow
Cons of being cold: everything you touch turn into snow, you are always cold
Pros of being hot: you’re hot af, perfect when friends are cold
Cons of being hot: you melt everything you touch, you can only eat fire
Cons in general: you HAVE to sing a song every time someone visit you (its in the contract)
Is singing a song really a downside though? Hell of a banger.

So do they do this whole bit every time someone visits or was it just this one time?
