  • This strength exercise program was designed for individuals at the intermediate level. It includes a warm-up (wrists, head, shoulders, trunk, legs, and feet), eight strength exercises (a series of ten repetitions per exercise), and stretching (flexibility vignette). Strength program 2 can be performed two or three times a week.
