Watching this evening since the Festival @Ocean City MD was 😭 cancelled. No Dave & Tim show tonight!! Better to be safe than sorry. Pray ALL of the performers & crews are in a safe place. God bless all y'all.
What an amazing tour 2022 was. Easily top 3 tours of their entire career (1998, 2004 and 2022 were the best IMO).
Interesting edit at 2:40:05. The crowd went nuts when the drone firedancer appeared stage right, but was cut out.
@1:25:45 when your dueling solos impress your friends and yourselves. I love this.
Thank you for these vids! Logistical question....are you using a phone mount to film these or are you just that steady? Love the quality and dedication!
2 part answer! So for N2, I wanted to record from back of the pit so I could have time to hang out with friends during the day and not have to show up at gates for rail. For that show, I tested security and with a little persuasion, they let me in with a retractable mount. So was able to raise and extend the mount and you can tell on that N2 recording, it is from a higher perspective, above everyone’s heads in the pit. Also made sure everyone behind me could see and wasn’t blocking anyone’s view. N3 however, I went in early with intent on first couple of rows like I normally do, and I held that on my own the whole way through. iPhone is phenomenal at video stabilizing on its own. Ask anyone around, Im grooving and moving to the music, definitely not a statue like most people assume!

Andy, in 2019 I attended the show at Harvey’s Outdoor arena in Stateline, NV. You were able to get me the recording of the show that night via my google drive. Would that be possible for this past years 2022’s show? Thnx man

I do, although I don’t think I will upload it. I captured from the lawn that night with a tripod, and even though the video was stable; after about 3 songs into the setlist, it is very hard to view, lots of people passing in front and blocking view as well for some of the show… just wasn’t as good a quality as I was hoping for.

Andy, there was some commentary of Dave’s that had me cracking up and I’m wondering if you have footage of it. I thought it was Saturday night 9/3, but it could’ve been Sunday 9/4. Dave said “do you ever just feel like…” then he motioned/pretended to open his brain, then made a bunch of silly noises, then said “that’s better” it was just one of his random comments between songs but I found it hilarious.
I don’t recall that specifically, BUT definitely doesn’t mean it didn’t happen! If it was Saturday or Sunday, it will be on one of my videos posted. Just, I have no idea which songs to search between, lol
Maybe around 1:05:00 of this video before funny the way it is?
